Tom's Junior Burger — Restaurant in California

The workers in there are thief’s I am a single mom. I went in there yesterday 03/04/2024 at 8ish a.m to get us some breakfast. Since I am struggling right now I am receiving $200 in food stamps and $220 in cash for us both. I didn’t take the money out because I do work as well to make ends meet. So after work around 8p.m I went to try and take out my cash as well as get some groceries for my daughter and myself. And my card got declined it said it had un sufficient funds when I knew I had to have money because the only place I used to was for our breakfast. I remembered how long the lady took to give me my card back (it was drive thru) and it shows that they used my card at a circle K in Anaheim and also took the money out around 9:30a.m. I called this morning to speak to their manager and he said the lady doesn’t start work until 9a.m I’m thinking how does he know “what lady it is” if I didn’t described her!! I believe he was in on it too. I would suggest not to buy anything from them or at least don’t hand your cards to them with the pin because they will take your money. Learn from...

Tom's Burger, well, it's a spot that had me worried. As soon as I stepped inside, I couldn't ignore the mess and the bathrooms that looked like they've been stuck in the '90s, cleanliness-wise. Got me wondering if they're any better in the kitchen.

Now, the food, let's talk about that. My cheeseburger, honestly, it tasted kinda weird. Later that day, I didn't feel too hot, so it's safe to say my stomach didn't agree with something. Even the fries, you'd think they'd be a safe bet with a burger, but I couldn't finish 'em. Barely made it through half of that burger before calling it quits.

Oh, and the drink station, I can't say for sure 'cause it's hidden behind the counter, but it's anyone's guess how clean it is.

So, look, I can't really give a thumbs-up to Tom's Burger. They need a major makeover, from cleaning up the place to making sure the food's safe and tasty. No need for any fancy titles – they've got...

Update 09/30/2021:

Fries aren't the same anymore, they use to be perfectly seasoned. About 2 or 3 of the workers had their masks off. Cashier was probably new because she mixed up my drink orders. Baths are still filthy. Parking lot can be a mess, there was an old beatup white truck in the middle of the parkings with 3 homeless man/woman yelling and moving appliances. Perhaps they were working but they were on the way of the parkings. The Sodas taste like flavored water Burgers were pretty much the same but the rest ruined it.

I'll be updating my rating, hopefully they can take the feedback and do better.

Pros: Been eating here since i was a child and it's still how i remember it. Delicious hamburgers with large delicious size fries. and great service.
