If I could give zero stars, I would. I am highly upset at the utter disrespect of multiple employees at this Wendy's establishment. Thejr customer service is horrendous. The night shift in particular are very rude and unprofessional. They have been closing early , turning off their headsets, and purposely ignoring customers. I waited 10 minutes to be served while waiting for a car in front of me, whom they served. I pull forward to the window and was met with a locked window.
When confronted about their lack of respect and courtesy, I was met with laughter and mockery. I asked for the manager highly upset at the blatant show of disrepect, and CHEYENNE told me she was. CHEYENNE is not a leader nor should be in the position given to her, due to her lack of work ethics. You don't get to pick and choose who to serve nor disrespect as well as antagonize a customer.
I will be reporting to Wendy's corporation along withis review. This is not the first complaint about your poor customer service nor will it be the last. I expect CHEYENNE to take responsibility or have some type of repercussion relating to her behaviour and manners...

My son wanted Wendy's and the line was really long at In-N-Out, Wendy was 10 mins away walking from there. My husband wanted to go walking to order the food for our son so we can save sometime. It was 7:55 PM exactly and it was raining, my husband was at Wendy's and while he was approaching, the people there closed the doors (they saw him, whispered to each other ignoring him) and told him that there were closed and one of them told the other that my husband was 'homeless'. He was waiting there for 20 minutes trying to get an order through the drive through while waiting for me to pick him up. One of the staff told him to leave as soon as possible and that if he can’t afford a car then he can’t be there!!!! I don’t believe who these people...
Read moreOne of the girls who is working there, is careless person. She forgot to place my doordash's order's items completely. She didn't scroll down the phone screen which was 6 items included. She just gave me 4 items, and I just left the store and delivered the foods to the customer's address. The person who ordered the foods called me after couple of minutes of delivery, and said, there are 2 items missing. Then I went back to Wendy's and asked for the last two items, and I paid them from my pocket for the customer. I know I should be more careful to count all the items before I leave the food shops, but it is not fair an employee do multiple tasks at the same time.
