Updates came back one more time to see maybe they changed no they didnt 20 plus minutes like this is ridiculous 4 people working and management hasn't done anything like why should I even order through the app I have worked in fast food and this is literally the slowest ive ever seen 2 people talking at the window and everyone taking there time no rush just kinda taking there time 1 person was just standing around
Update: came back to tey again and they havent changed i ordered at 1205 and its been 25 plus minutes for 3 cars and they haven't sped up anything if anything its been slowed down like they dont seem to care about customers they dont like feedback so clearly this place has lost business i mean one car took 10 minutes they didnt move them along if they ordered alot they just keep forming a line like the employees seem to only be able to hand 1 car in line and as soon as it hits 3 it takes 25 minutes like im just done i love bakers but this place is awful then when I got up to the window they didnt have the right order

Our main goal was to sit inside and enjoy What We paid for but my 3 special needs children did not understand why the Idiot manager would not serve us. My autistic son asked "daddy ...did we do something wrong, why can't we eat here!" Read moreI want to start off by saying how much I love Bakers as I have grown up eating it all my life and so have my children. This kind of review really bothers my because I have tried many times to give this location a chance and when I do I spend $50 or more ( we have a large family) only to deal with rude customer service from the staff and food that is cold, stale and not made right. Today my family decided to have bakers so my daughter and I went through drive through and ordered over $50 in food and had asked for our frynormous to be fresh. We get told sure no problem and when we get home you can tell they took fries that had been sitting and put them back in the fryer for a few minutes just to make the appear freshly fried. Not to mention my burgers were all stale and cold too. It's such a shame they are tarnishing the Bakers name. I will have to start driving a little further to get good proper...
