Hadnt aten since my yogurt for Bfast, brother picked me up a Double Whopper via the drive thru around 9pm. Came down with SEVERE food poisioning early this am. Spent all day today EXTREMELY ILL, not able to keep pepto or Gatoraid down, terrible stomach cramps & u know what else out the other end. (Yes, burger was fresh & hot when I ate it. Maybe 5mins from their location to mine.) Dispite Drs orders to go immediately to the ER(Cause Covid is exactly what I need now!), I had my brother drive me to our local UC. Currently, on very strong antibiotics & antiemetics. May need to be hospitalized tomorrow. I'm never coming back to this Burger King again. The Whopper was good, but not worth this. Spoke to a friend who experienced a similiar result after eating a Whopper from there. Whoever is assembling the burgers, needs to undergo a refresher course on proper handwashing & food handling...
Read moreAug. 25th 5:12 p.m. So just went into the store to order sundaes. There was 1 employee sitting at 1 of the dining room tables and another in the kitchen area. I stood at the counter for approx. 5 minutes without being acknowledged. Finally I asked is there anybody working here that can help me. The employee in the kitchen area then turned to me with a very angry and disgusted look while pulling up her pants that did not fit her I"m sure as management would intend while basically growling at me. I said that's ok I didn't mean to bother you I will go somewhere else which she replied "good, go". I hope this is not the way this resturaunts mangement would want to be portraid. But this employee was not only rude, lazy and unprofessional but also sloppy in her appearnace. I have not experienced this at this resturaunt before but something that should be addressed before more customers...
Read moreFirst let me start off by saying this burger King location is nice. HOWEVER, I have been there a quite a few times and more times than not I have had a bad experience. Today was the last time. I ordered my food for my family and let me say the employees were not friendly, did not repeat my order, didn't offer any napkins or condiments and even messed up my order and by the time I got home and noticed I tried to call only to get a voice mail. I think that if you are working in customer service then you should be friendly to the customers and ensuring they have their order correct and have a good experience to come back. Especially when they are being paid $20 an hour now and everything has gone through the roof. I am highly disappointed by the service and the nasty food given today. I already did the survey and left messages for someone to contact me regarding this....
