If you expect good service stay away. The night crew on 12/26/22 was absolutely awful and made my family feel very uncomfortable. A part of our order was wrong so we notified the young woman at the second window what they got wrong and she told us to go ahead and park out front for the missing items and they would be right out. Within a few minutes of parking two women and one man come out to give us the missing items. Two of them were holding the door and giving us looks while one of the women gave us the missing items. We said thank you and she just turned her back and walked away rudely. My family was traveling so we wanted to eat quickly where we were parked but the employees made us feel very uncomfortable!!! They kept starting at us as if judging us and I have never ever experienced that! I gestured to the man through the window from my car why they kept staring at us and if there was an issue and they not only mocked me but were laughing as well!!! I work in customer service and I would never ever treat ANYONE the way these employees treated me. I never write reviews ever but this one really got me heated! I will be calling corporate on this...
Read moreI've visited this Jack-in-theBox on two occasions. Both visits were disappointing. The first time I was given luke warm, old coffee. The time it took to go through the drive-thru was at a snails pace. The second visit, I had to go back in the store through the walk in, to ask for straws they forgot to put in my order. I learned from the first experience to NOT go back through the drive-thru to get a redo of an incorrect item or to get something they failed to place in the order. I was sooo disappointed, because I looked forward to go "to Jack-In-The- Box" since before I moved out of state for two years where there wasn't any and I recently came back to Cali.☹ Given that this service was so slow and inefficient, I made the conclusion that the crew don't know what they are doing. As I observed them at the window, they were bumping into, reaching over one another, and walking behind their coworker without safely letting the one who was being walked behind know he was doing so. But I strongly recommend to not use their mobile ordering app. I had a huge order 80$ worth everything went through on my end and even took out my bank I went to pickup 30 mins later And they claimed to not have my order I waited about an hour at the store while the employees went back-and-forth with their manager who was not there because they didn’t know what to do since it wasn’t popping up on their screen the manager told them to just tell me they couldn’t do anything but I would not leave because I either needed a refund or my food.
