I donāt go to this location often, but when I do, I normally go inside. However, today was the second time Iāve went and the lobby was closed (doors locked) for whatever reason š. I decided to go through the drive through. I asked the employee a question and she answered with an attitude. When she first spoke into the speaker, I already knew she didnāt like her job and didnāt want to be there š¤·š¾āāļøš¤¦š¾āāļøšš¾āāļøbut when she answered my question with an attitude, I told her ānever-mind, but thank youā and drove off, because I refuse to spend my money at any location I donāt receive good customer service at. I experienced POOR customer service today at this location, and I honestly wonāt be going back there. Whoever that was operating in the drive through today needs to stick to paper work (far far away from people) and leave the interaction between employee to customer to somebody who actually likes customer service and more than that, likes their job. I would have hated to see if I was rich and eager to give away some money today. She would have missed out on a blessing. Iām just thinking out loud. I know everyone isnāt perfect. Maybe she was going through something. Maybe thatās just the way she is. If itās the first, you still have to know how to separate your personal life from your work life. You have to be professional and you canāt let your personal issues get in the way. If itās the second, then she needs to find another job, one that doesnāt require customer interaction....

I ordered a large hot mocha with an extra shot of espresso with oat milk. I got a large coffee with mocha and an extra shot. It was a free drink reward redemption. I asked that I get a latte as requested. I requested Sergio make it because every time I get a remake heās the only one to make it correctly. The manager not only remade the latte herself but tried to charge me the difference for a free drink reward citing Sergio was busy even though I said I can wait since I had to pull around to the front and wait anyway. I know this because they gave me my original order as soon as I pulled around and I called and the manager told me she made it. The label was still on it and it wasnāt freshly hot. Remakes donāt get a label. Then the manager put the phone down with me still on it and offered no resolution. For first thing in the morning this location is inconsistent and rude. What a wake me up! I wish another Dunkinā...
Ā Ā Ā Read morei donāt go to this location often but itās the only one by me with the dining room open. i go in there order my food & coffee and i pay and wait. they hand me a bag with my croissant and hashbrowns in under 10 seconds and tell me ābyeā i had ordered 2 other things that i was never given. i told them about it & they acted like they didnāt know what i was talking about. i told them i also ordered a coffee and 2 donuts, they gave me my coffee and just said ābyeā again. i stood there this time without saying anything because i had just told them twice. i stare around the place until someone asks if i needed anything else and i stated that i was still waiting on my donuts that i had asked for twice already. couldāve been a quick 5 min trip but it took 15. once i got to my car to eat, the hashbrowns were hard, cold, & frozen in the middle. the cheese and egg werenāt cooked all the way. overall a bad experience and never want to go...
