McDonald's — Restaurant in Calumet Township

DON'T EAT HERE! I had a order for 3 burgers and a cheeseburger happy meal some fries. They had me pull to the side so they could bring it out. First they brought out my food but first asked every other car if it belonged to them passing by my car telling me it didn't belong to me when it actually did. she finally handed me the food after i showed her my receipt but it was missing the happy meal so she said she would bring it right out. only when she did after i had handed it to my non verbal autistic grandson another lady came out and said it didn't belong to me. so i had to take it from my grandson and give it back which made him start screaming. it then took 5 minutes for them to bring out a happy meal that actually didn't belong to me with chicken nuggets. so i had to give it back after another 5 minutes went by and they proceeded to bring out other orders that were after me. i finally yelled at that girl can i get my happy meal please! finally she brought out the correct one. after all that wait Id say about 20 mins total my other food was ice cold. I sat at the window for what seemed like forever. I pulled around to leave and stopped at the window because the young lady was just sitting there like she was bored. She opened the window and put her phone down and I said are you closed and she said no why? I told her we had been sitting there for a long time and she said the one lane was supposed to be closed and I said but what about the open one, you have 10 cars waiting for their orders to be taken. She told me her headset didn't beap like it was supposed to. I told her she should probably work on charging that one and get a different one until it charges. She took my order and then we waited another 15 minutes for cold fries and the worst burgers I have ever had from McDonald's. They really need some help with the management. Me and another customer was talking about how long they take to take our orders and stuff between us and a worker was on her way out to take someone they food and she decided it would be a good idea to insert herself into me and the other customers conversation and told us “ well do u wannna go to the back and work I didn’t think so “ and rolls her eyes and kept talking and walked out. Very unprofessional. I was with my kids and everything and then other workers want to say well it’s only 4 of us and I get that but what that go to do with the other lady being rude and unprofessional. And there was plenty of workers. The manager didn’t apologize to us or anything just said he was closing his lobby now . This place needs to be inspected and refreshed with a whole new staff.
