This is an add on review. As you can see above I used to love this place. That has changed and I no longer a customer. I have two negative experiences in the last month. The first time I ordered a 3 rice bowls and when I got home they did not have the signature lemon pepper sauce. I took the bowls back and the staff argued over who's fault it was that On was not told. I returned the bowels and made a order for steak sandwiches cause they said could not get refund cause I used a card. I said no cheese and when I got home both sandwiches were covered in cheese. I waited a couple of weeks to order again. I called in and asked if they had the lemon pepper sauce for the rice bowls and was told yes. I ordered 3 rice bowls with the sauce. I picked them up and returned home only to realize they didn't have the lemon pepper sauce. I called in and the cashier told me to come pick up the sauce. While driving the manager Will called me and told me I could not get the sauce on side. In asked him to make an exception due to it being their error he became upset and hung up on me. I went back home packed up food only to get there to wait in line for several minutes. I left with on apology and a wasted of 40 minutes of my evening. I asked for the managers name and they tolde Tony and that I could reach him the next morning. I.called and the staff was clearly not trying to allowe to speak to the owner. On June 7th, 2025 at 10:17pm I was getting ready to do a Uber eats pick up until I seen on the app information that it closes at 11:00pm, so I decided to give them a call before I place the Uber pickup because I live about 10 minutes away from them, so when the person answered the phone he just yelled out and said "we're not taking any call in orders you have to come in" so I tried to call the second time and he answered the phone and just laid it down and I can hear him taking other people's orders instead of answering the one question I wanted to ask was what time do they close, so I decided to drive up there to the establishment and talk to the young man who answered the phone and I ask him why couldn't you just and listen to what I was trying to ask you, so he apologized and said we close at 1:00am and I told him I would rather spend my money elsewhere because of his inconveniencing me and I also told him I will never on God's Earth never patronize this establishment ever...

I visit on a Thursday night. The location is well lit and has perfect signage. You can not miss this location. There are other Shark's restaurants all around. 127th was the most appealing of the locations. The menu choices are displayed with photos.

I ordered 2 adults and one kid. We had 2 italian beefs, one light dip with sweet peppers. And one with hot peppers lite dip lie peppers 2 homemade apple pies 3 piece perch fish meal. Gyro regular. It was covered with about half a sliced onion. Too much on the onions.

The beefs were delicious, fresh, hot, nice sized, and well priced

The homemade pies were awesome hot and cold

My son said the fish breading was too much. But it did have a great taste. I think the sizes were small per piece.
