Dunkin' — Restaurant in Camarillo

I was visiting the area on Friday May 13th and upon entering the Camarillo store I became I’ll. I finally approached the counter and ordered a drink. The young lady instructed me to sit down as she would bring my drink to me. After delivering the drink she insisted on bringing me a hot tea to warm me up as I was shivering. She then brought me a donut and water. She checked on me a few times. The kindness and concern of this young lady made all the difference. Not only were these she professional, she was immensely compassionate, going above and beyond her duties. By the way, I normally hate chamomile tea.. that was the best tea I’ve tasted and would definitely drink it again. Thank you for coming to my aid and being so kindhearted. We need more people like yourself in our communities.

Everything was chill but I made a simple request for caramel drizzle in my iced coffee when I made my order & they were happy to obliged. When I get my order the girl at the counter pointed out “oh you wanted caramel drizzle on top right?” Then I asked can you just put drizzle in another cup & pour my iced coffee in that one (simple enough). Nope bc they are wasting cups ?? I paid for my whole order already & it totaled 30 but you can’t shell out 5 cents for another cup ?? That’s actually crazy. The order wasn’t for me I was picking up for my work & yeah I was annoyed to say the least. Not much of fan of their coffee but I came here to try the new items on the menu. Today we tried Chive and onion mini stuffed bagels which were really good & I'd have them again. They where fresh, creamy & delicious. Also tried their bacon & cheddar omelet bites. Hot, fresh, moist & tasty!!!
