Had a coupon for the new taquito nachos when I got there they said I couldn't get them with that coupon when I showed them it said I could then they made them for me but they continually said over and over you don't want the chicken nachos you want the what nachos? when I got all the way home I had the chicken nachos I took them back when I got there it was a struggle to get them to understand they gave me the wrong nachos, when I got back home again they had given me the same chicken nachos I handed them that were the wrong ones they put the taquitos on top but looking underneath there was all the chicken and the entire thing was mushy because it has been sitting over an hour. They didn't bother to make me a new one like they said they would they just gave me what I brought back and put the taquitos on top. I called the company they said they would call me back they never did clearly they do not care about customer service or what they're putting out this is the third time I've gotten either the wrong order or very poor service. When calling the number on the back of the receipt the man said someone would get back to me I would get my money back for the food I did not eat it went into the trash and since I was driving a long way to get back and forth home I wanted them to reimburse me for some gas he said that was reasonable that was over a week ago and no one has gotten back with me at all on the phone or by mail. Read moreOnline and on the window they have them posted hours as closing at 10pm. The dining room is supposed to close at 9:30 but the drive thru remain open until 10. They constantly close early with no notice. Say one tuesday they close at 10 pm, they will randomly decide to close at 9:30 the next tuesday. Tonight, a friday night, I got to the drive thru around 9:20. There were two people in front of me who were ordering. By the time I got to the speaker it was about 9:28. An automated voice came on saying they were closed and when I spoke, no one responded. I had to wait for the two people in front of me to pay and get their food. when i got to the window I explained that I got to the speaker before they closed and had been stuck waiting the entire time and asked if I could still order. The manager rudely walked up to the window and said I’m not gonna take your order, they were the last customer. I just said ok thanks and drove off, but I wish I had asked what their hours actually are. It’s so random and it seems like it’s based on how they are feeling that night if they want to close early. It’s frustrating when some nights I can’t go earlier and I confirm online that they close at 10 then when I spend time and gas making the trip to get their at 9:20 I don’t get food. Read moreDon't go to this location, they rip you off. We need a refund! We placed an order on your app on 1/8/2022 for curbside pick up. Upon arriving at the restaurant (early) we parked in the designated spot and checked-in. We waited 30 mins for our order. During that time we watched as they closed the drive-thru after about 10 cars went through and then we proceeded to call the store FIVE times after I tried to cancel the order on the app (the app instructed me to call the store when I tried to cancel). They didn't answer and we know they could see us. They simply ignored us and our order. The lobby doors were locked and there was a sign posted the lobby was closed. We finally gave up hope that our dinner would be brought out to us and proceeded to go elsewhere. This whole time our order was "In progress" on the app. Then approximately 45 mins later all of the sudden the order was marked complete. No bueno! We want our money back, we had no recourse as we sat there dumbfounded as to how this store ignored us.
