Placed an order on the Mobil app this evening. Drove over, checked in that I arrived. Waited 10 min & received a phone call from Susan telling me they are out of fries. Well, I ordered a kids meal with fries and a shake. She never offered to other options so I said that I guess we can just cancel the order. She said they can't cancel it because I placed it through a 3rd party company. I placed it through the habits mobile app. I asked her name 3x and she whispered it each time. I asked if she was the manager and she said she is the manager. I asked it if she is the genera manager a few times before she admitted that she is not. I told her that I didn't think it was ok that they are keeping my money and not providing me with a product or at least canceling the order. She said I needed to call the customer service number if I want my money back and then proceeded to say "I don't know what to tell you" before hanging up on me. She was super condescending and disrespectful. She never once apologized for the inconvenience. She spoke to me like she was scolding her child. So I called the number, guess what, they don't do anything with refunds. You have to send an email. So now I have emailed, I have lost time, peace of mind and money and it's freaken Easter. I am disgusted that this is how the habit thinks they should treat customers. I now will have to contact my bank to get my money back. Not worth the hassle for...
Read moreWe had a terrible experience with the front counter employee called Susan - a very disrespectful and condescending personality at the front. We placed an order at 9:45 pm for a quick dine in and she told us harshly we would close at 10pm. Ok we thought as there were no other people so we will try to finish quickly . At 10 pm she packed our food into a bag and told guys we are closed and we have to clean even as we had requested dine in. I requested a tray as we had kids so we can eat on outside tables but she declined outright saying she can’t give it. I told to her face that she lacks basic human decency and courtesy and has a terrible attitude. This is the same employee who flatly refused us food as we had just arrived around 10 pm a month or so ago after watching imaginarium light show in town . As we were rushing in one of employee at that time who was taking trash out said hey you just came inside the cut off time. I felt her attitude then also but just simply left in disappointment. I am a professional doctor running my own practice for last 5 years in the town and i know by heart how much such employees are a pain for everyone inside out and have taken care of such stuff quite often. Got called to pick it up and ask for extra ranch and was told almost one dollar for it and I said but is for a salad and should not have to pay extra. Asked to speak to the manager, when she came out told me that no more free ones and tried to explain that the dressing provided wast not enough for the salad. She said is company policy now to charge for extra. Tried to explain that it is going to lose customers because of it and she did care about it. To make it worst even the cook wanted to pay for the extra dressing and I said to him sir is not the money is the principle. I do not know if the manager of this particle one is doing it to save some pennies but either way it is wrong. For stupid things like these companies go bad really fast.
