Subway — Restaurant in Camarillo

First things first i just want to say that subway is a good place to eat don’t get me wrong. So now let me explain this very RUDE and UNPLEASANT experience i had with one of the employees . I went in today at 2:55 pm for a doordash order . I walk in and say that I’m here for a doordash order . Then she says “oh we haven’t got any orders in yet” so i wait for a min or 2 because sometimes the order on their end won’t go through . So i waited 5 mins then asked once again. “Has any thing popped up” then she pulls out a iPad showing me Postmates account. So i said “ we’ll im here for Doordash not Postmates “ then she rolls her eyes and goes to the back and grabs another iPad that she said was off for i dont know what reason. She says “idk what’s wrong with it , it’s been off today” so in my head I’m like well turn in on but I’m not a rude person like she was . So then i call dash support and they tell me if I’m willing to pay for it myself with the company card they give us. So i agree to do that so i walk in and say hey i can pay for that myself . Then she says “I’m sorry i don’t think I’m allowed to do that” so my response was “so you’re saying i can’t buy this sandwich as a customer?” And proceeds to roll her eyes so once again i pet dash support know the situation. So my order was canceled and i wasn’t paid for the drive . So i let the lady know i was canceling the order . And as i was walking out she said “ WELL i hope u have a good day” then turns around and says “what a waste of time to her co worker which is another lady that was there working . That was the last time i ever stepped foot in that place . As a customer and a door dash employee. I don’t recommend this place. Had rude service there the one i had went before . But then again your making sandwiches for a living i cant blame you for hating your life whatever your name was since she refused to give me her name once i asked for it 3 times letting her know i was going to call it in and report her terrible customer service. I really enjoy subway. I’ve noticed it’s one of the few places I can eat without gastro issues. Sometimes it’s a hit or miss on quality. I tend to get wraps because you never know if you’ll be getting real bread or concrete. The veggies are usually fresh. My order is usually right. I do order pick up most of the time so haven’t had hardly any interactions with the employees. The place is nearly always clean (nearly).

You really can diet and eat here, too. I’ve lost weight since I started eating at subway more. I enjoy the veggie sand or the rotisserie chicken. If you get the rotisserie chicken with the sweet onion sauce it’s a better quality version of the sweet onion teriyaki sandwich (I don’t like the processed chicken strips).

My suggestion to this location is to try to manage the bread better. You shouldn’t be serving rock hard...

Went to location across from home dept in camarillo. Me and my wife ordered 2 6inch combos. When I payed the bill I questioned the bill. They over charged me. Combos comes with chips and drink for $3.99 each Another sm fountain drink was added to the bill, employee told me that is normal I told employee I payed for the combos. Well after showing them how to read there own bill ,they deleted it and said they will refund me. I said how ,they said refund your account. I said what account I gave you cash.
