Wanted to return an online order of outdoor cushions. Attempted to use my email receipt of order with bar code but was told they couldn’t return it without the slip that was shipped with the item (which I had thrown away thinking the online receipt was sufficient). The clerk got a lady who seemed to be the manager, who seemed to be unhappy, and who also seemed to think there was no option for me to return my item. After 10 minutes of politely insisting that there must be something they could do since i clearly had purchased that exact item since my email receipt showed the picture of the cushions, the lady suggested store credit. My wife and I wanted to buy a small bowl. Looked like it might be a cheese bowl. It had Snoopy on the lid. Only problem was, it was stuck inside of another bigger bowl. The crew tried to get it out, and then brought it to the manager to try. No luck. However, when we saw the manager again while checking out, she didn’t seem to care too much about trying to find a way to get us what we had hoped for. Lot's of sparkly things and decor! Love all the baskets and organization thangs. Prices are at all ranges of affordability. Fun to come spend an hour or two looking around & getting inspired. Parking lot never full & sandwiched between Michaels & Office Depot.
