1369 Coffee House — Restaurant in Cambridge

I read the reviews and was thrilled to come here after going to visit the Harvard Campus. I was very optimistic but the person in front of me (who I didn't know), as well as my order, were both wrong. He wanted some iced coffee, which they made hot, I wanted the same. He said he wanted it iced and the girl making the espressos said "oh yea, I guess it was supposed to be cold" but then didn't offer to remake it. The guy felt awkward and left. I got my drink, which was supposed to be iced, and it was hot. I own restaurants so I can understand this so I just said put some more milk in it and I'll take it hot. The girl put literally one tablespoon of milk in it and handed it back and gave me a look which made me feel like I wasn't welcome there. I walked outside, threw it in the trash, and drove to to another coffee house to get what I actually wanted. Lovely coffeehouse with delicious drinks, phenomenal food, and a staff that remains warm and welcoming even when the line to order is literally out the door. The space itself felt a bit cramped at first, but I realized this was almost entirely due to the volume of customers, and was in flux as the order line ebbed and flowed. Much easier to manage than a truly too-small space, and in my experience, my fellow customers were perfectly helpful in their attempts to minimize any difficulty getting around.

I had a drip coffee I found delicious, then went back after finishing it to try a tea latte, which was the perfect temp and steep for me - might be my go-to here from now on. My friend ordered a breakfast bagel she shared with me, and - in line with the rest of our orders - that was similarly delicious. If this first visit wasn't a fluke, I'll be returning here asap and on the regular....

The beast quality and prices. I used to go to the most pricy coffee in the country only for the high quality of its products. Until I tried 1369 and I amazed with the coffee test. My original country famous with coffee, the highest quality in the world. It takes me a sip of black coffee to till the level of the coffee quality and I know immediately that 1369 coffee is really pure coffee. I also get my large healthy iced match with almond milk no sugar from 1369 every morning. Try the rock sandwich in bird if you don’t like bagels like me ask to add smoked salmon if you like it too. The prices are low comparing with the quality, the amount and the service. For some reason all the employees are cute smiling lovely I guess the store hired all of them from the same Beehive💚 love everything about 1369...
