McDonald's — Restaurant in Cambridge

The interaction I had this evening: We had to do a curbside order because for some reason, online ordering was off for drive thru. The girl approaches my car - “Wait, this is all you got right??”. My husband said “well, I believe we got a McFlurry.” Literally her: stomps and groans loudly and then walks back towards McDonald’s Me and my husband were dumbfounded. She came back and said “you didn’t get anything else right??”, the same question. We did happen to look in the bag and our fries weren’t there. I was literally scared to say something - I had the receipt in my phone out and everything. I told her not to worry about it. I really didn’t want her to go back in because I was scared they’d do something to the fries at this point, and I’m too much of a wuss to have a confrontation with her. She says “can you at least meet me half way”. I butt in and say “ma’am, we only chose curbside because it wouldn’t let us chose drive though. We’re very sorry you have to do this.” In the most concerned tone. She just begrudgingly walked back to get our fries. Me and my husband pulled up to the curb to meet her half way. She gave us our fries and told us to have a nice day. She then yelled to her co worker that was standing outside “NOW I NEED TWO DAYS OFF”. This was so unprofessional and the worst experience I’ve had at this location. It truly left us feeling terrible. You never know who you’ll trigger, who has a mental disability. Please just be kind. All you had to do is read the receipt before you brought us our food. It would’ve prevented to much frustration for you, because all we did was simply order. I wish better...

Worst customer service ever. I asked what else was on the menu that you can't see because the menu is not showing everything inside. I wanted to know the $1 $2 $3 menu was there any food on it and she wanted to proceed to sit there and try to tell me something that was on there but I wanted to be able to see it. Because she had already became rude when I asked about it. These employees run these places like they own them. Those employees do not own McDonald's. They work their and they are not supposed to be rude to the customers. She should have started off with the menu doesn't flip for some reason it's stuck and you know it doesn't work properly or something. But instead she became rude so I wasn't going to listen to her tell me what I could get and then as I was leaving when other gentlemen decided to stick in acting like he owned the place. And I'm pretty sure that guy didn't own the place. Customer relations is not very good at this place. And if you have a menu That's not working properly maybe you should just start off with that. But instead you started off with an attitude because you think you are busy you had one person at the drive-through at that point. And they all piled in on me. 3 on 1 McDonald's family sticking up for each other when they were all three wrong. I just wanted to know what was on the menu that I couldn't see. Terrible Mcdonalds. The staff is horrible and slow. Today I went threw the drive thru and ordered a happy meal and a bacon egg cheese biscuit. Got to the window and got the happy meal but the biscuits weren't ready so they asked me to pull up and wait. I sat there for atleast 10 minutes parked waiting in the DRIVE THRU. I could've went in for the time and gas I waisted. So I pulled threw the drive thru again. Told the person at the window what happened and they walked away. Waited another 4 minutes for the guy that oriniginally took my order to come over and ask me if I was still waiting on my food. Like obviously!!!!! I'm not just chilling here. At this point I had been at mcdonalds for 20 minutes in the drive thru. I just wanted my money back. The manager didn't even come and apologize. I could see the worker telling her the situation and she just looked annoyed. She handed him the money and he walked it to me. I think that is so unprofessional. I work in the food industry as a server and my god I have never seen such a poorly ran food place. I mean they weren't even aware that I was sitting out there! How long would I have had to wait. Don't offer breakfast all day if it takes you an hour to make one thing. I will never go to this establishment again. The staff here seriously needs to be...
