New York Deli — Restaurant in Cambridge

I ordered chicken over rice which did not look like the picture posted and had way too much cinnamon and cummin in It. The salad was old and brown and the chicken looked/tasted old and was a weird color. When I asked if they had any pita bread to go with it(which it comes with but didn't) they advised me that they weren't frying anything but yet fried my french fries for my cheese steak ...I also ordered a cheese steak plain with just cheese and they put fried onions all over It so It was unable to be eaten. When we called back to try to inform them of their mistakes,no one answered and we had to wait for the following day to complain. Went to the store at 10(the time they claim to open) and it was dark inside,no one was in there but yet the open sign was on. I went home and called a few times and finally around 10:40 someone answered,I informed them of the problem and he at first didn't believe me and when I told him I have the recipient and the uneaten food he said "come right now and I replace for you" no apology,nothing. I will not be ordering from them anymore and I suggest no one else does. Also,all the other reviews look like they are from their employees and are nothing but lies. Save your money. Eat somewhere else. NOT...

We traveled to Cambridge and wanted something to eat when we arrived so we stopped in. We placed our orders and were told that what we ordered was not available. They were out. The good that they offered hamburger and hot grilled chicken sandwiches were not tasty at all. We did return the following morning hoping to give this place another chance with breakfast. Again we were disappointed. They didn't have the French toast platter of home fries listed on the menu. The cashier did not know how to refund my money and seemed completely out of it. I’ve finally found it. After three years living here, I’ve found my favorite restaurant and gladly in Cambridge. We accidentally spent $50 tonight and accidentally ate most of it; enjoying every bite. Waiting for the food took me to the city. It smelled like it. Dope vibes.
