Dunkin' — Restaurant in Camden

I am giving it a one as this place has the worst service of any restaurant I have ever seen in my LIFE. These guys don't even smile ☺ at you... EVER. It's always packed. They don't have any sugars, cream, straws, napkins etc. available. They have a bathroom but deny their PREGNANT customers to use it, against the law in the great state of New Jersey. 🌊 It doesn't matter how pleasant you are... Never a smile, absolutely NEVER A "THANK YOU". Never a "You're welcome" after YOU thank THEM. You can't get good, pleasant service at that location when you kiss 😘 their ass trying to get it. That is SO not right. The entire staff should be fired🔥effective immediately and a new staff who know what customer service is should be brought in. I saw another review about "Barb". Must be family or something because that woman also has the personality of a doorknob and has poor service skills as well. At least put your staff through some high quality customer service training and FAST. They wonder why no one on the planet 🌍 wants to leave a tip? There's your answer. I'm perfectly capable of leaving a decent tip but I choose to give them absolutely nothing as they don't strive one bit to keep the customer happy. 😠 On the contrary, they act like the customer is an inconvenience. If you have seen customers be "rude" as mentioned above it is most likely as a result of the ridiculously lousy and incredibly RUDE customer service. I've thought of calling the corporate headquarters about it. Guess I will do that today now that I'm thinking about it. 😊 Any other store is fine. Some are better than others but I should be able to get my own cream and sugar and some mediocre service at the least....

⭐️⭐️⭐️- Dunkin' is a chain store, and in my opinion, their food isn't good even at the best of times. Even the Donuts aren't that great.

⭐️⭐️⭐️- This Dunkin' is in the ghetto, there is literally no parking, and so the atmosphere isn't all that great.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️- The service here is really fast, friendly enough, but where they excel...

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️- ...is the Coffee. Whenever I have to go through the Walter Rand Transportation Center, this Dunkin' is a must. Extra Large, Caramel Coffee, Extra Cream, Extra Sugar!! They literally, serve the best coffee out of any Dunkin' I've ever been to, STRAIGHT UP!! It's perfect every time that i get it from here.

Scary place. Donteven think about sitting down to eat. Not safe for children even though it is 100ft fron a NJ Transit Police Sub Station. There's junkies and homeless people AGGRESSIVELY asking for change. NOTHING wrong with the service, food and it even has Male and female bathrooms though. Ashame people are so scary. It's the first business you come upon getting off Patco,the Riverline, and NJ Transit buses at The Walter Rand Transportation Center/Broadway Stop. Late at night you can't go inside, but they have a little metal carousel behind bullet proof glass so you can make purchases after the inside closes because of the crime being Sooooo dangerous there day and especially night.
