I avoid this location because there's always something. Either my food is wrong or the employees are extremely rude. My last visit May 14th, we went inside as I met a friend there. The front register went down and the young man wasn't sure what to do, so he verbally took my order and went to tell the cook. Another team member said something and then the manager came over. They were all calling out my sandwich which was supposed to be the crispy chicken BLT. I did not get a BLT, just a regular crispy chicken. This manager saw the register went down, did nothing to help him, instead she started to yell at him to speak up and that he needed to hurry up. I was so confused for HIM because he literally had to go to the drive thru, get in their way to ring in the order. Then another team member came over and handed me 2 cups, 1 was supposed to be a frosty which I politely stated and she rolls her eyes and goes around the corner mumbling. Never got a receipt. It was to be expected from this location.
On another note, the lady who was working the line and making the food, she did a great job. The food was all fresh and aside from my sandwich being wrong, the food was good.
I understand how frustrating it can be some days at fast food, but it's never bad enough you need to be mean to an associate who appeared to need assistance, and then rude to a customer.

Read moreFor four years I've left my 5 star review up for this location. Today as of right now it's changed. 12:52pm 12/12/23 I came through the Wendy's drive through. Keep in mind I was a manager at a Wendy's for 5 years. Jasmine the manager is the rudest person I've ever interacted with. This is the 3rd time I've had her at the pick up window. She ran out of small cups and was rude to me about it. I asked her to fill the medium cup up a tad and charge me for a small. She was so mad I even asked that question at the speaker!! I ended up purchasing the mediums frostys. Then I get to the window and she says nothing takes the card and shuts the window. I waited a moment for my receipt. Finally she opened her window and stared at me. I was confused. So I asked for my receipt. She gave it to me with a huge attitude. Then at the second window. I asked her name. She had the boy lie to me and say her name was Jax. You could tell he didn't feel right doing it. I have your name on my receipt jasmine. Wendy's just lost my service for that location...
Read moreWe pulled up and ordered our food first off the guy wouldn't even respond to the questions we had about a coffee that was on their website he acted like he didn't hear us so when we pull up we ask if he knew the coffee drink we were talking about still absolutely no answer we watch them make the ice coffee we asked for and proceeded to pour hot drip coffee in to a plastic cup over ice. Not at all how you make that nor did we ask for that. We asked for a mint iced coffee then proceeds to get an attitude when we tell her that isn't what we asked for while is pouring down raining. The lady who I am pretty sure was a manager tells my friend to just leave and we definitely did not until we got what we paid for. Absolutely horrible customer service . If you do not like your job and can't put on a fake smile and be nice to people spending money at the establishment that pays your bills then don't work there.
