ironically I contemplate leaving a review on this place in my head at least once a week even though I haven’t even eaten there since the one time I did because the quality of their food is atrocious for starters. what brings me to leave this review is my boyfriend and I have been doing DoorDash for the past month to make extra money and tonight we waited at this place for an actual hour. I watched paying customers ask for sauce or even for their fries to be put in a container. They waited 5 minutes just to talk to someone, 20 for food, and they were the only other person in the building than us picking up the DoorDash. As they asked for things the employees basically scuffed at them and were acting like they were a burden. They even said “come on our business is giving you a job isn’t it”. Literally having to beg for the things they needed. The one singular time I wasted my money here I waited a similar time and watched employees neglect cleanliness and timeliness. I would say this is an abnormal experience for this location however that would be a lie. Whenever I come here there are employees walking in and out of the building instead of actually working. If they aren’t walking in and out then they are all standing on the line carrying on as their customers (who pay way too much for some bad wings) wait for so long. I have never once gone into this place and not waiter. Which is ironic to me because as someone who supervised a line and a business I can’t even understand how this location is still open. The same man (black and middle aged with long beard) is usually running shift as well and you can just see on his face his distaste for his job and he practically makes that known to every customer without even saying too much. It’s just frustrating this place should be taken off DoorDash as a whole. Tonight I barely made my gas money back because of the duration of time I spent waiting on people who obviously are not grateful for the fact they have a job. Read moreI do not normally order wings, but my daughter and wife wanted them so I placed an order for the three of us…spent $85 on the meal including delivery. My wife got at least two wings with some of the feathers still on them. It grossed her out and she didn’t want anymore. Who can blame her? I called the store and eventually talked to a manager who didn’t seem that concerned that two wings had feathers on them. She asked me what am I looking to do? I said to her what would you normally do in this situation and she said I can’t do anything about two wings. I can’t refund your order for just two wings. I said so that’s just life and nothing’s gonna happen? The manager said no. The fact that there was no empathy for my wife finding at least two wings with feathers on them, which is a quality control issue, is a problem for me. I have been in the service industry for well over 20 years. I will not go back to Wingstop and spend my hard earned money there. If I’m gonna spend that much money, I don’t think it’s asking too much for decent food and decent service. When you don’t get either one what’s the Point? Read morePlaced an order through the Wingstop application as the first time I visited this place, they said the wait time was 45 minutes to order at the counter. I placed the order through the application which said 22-27 minutes for pickup. I came in 27 minutes later to the counter for pickup. I showed the lady at the counter my phone and told her my name. She barely turned around and looked at the orders sitting there on the rack and said nothing but "not ready". No apology, no conversation, just a "no ready". I stood there for an additional 15 minutes while everyone else came and picked those items up until there was one bag left. A man came out of the kitchen and asked me what my name was which I told him and he handed me the last bag, which had my name on it. It has been sitting there at least 20 minutes. No apology, no nothing from the rude woman at the counter. Got home late from my lunch break at work, my wings were cold and burnt. Tasted like whatever they were cooked in wasn't clean.
