Our day three in AZ involved EYB's favs; Adventures and beer. We started the day hiking the Sugarloaf trail and then set our sites on some national parks. We headed to Montezuma Castle and Well; These were some incredible places, and we will be sharing them in the coming days. After our exploring, we stopped into an awesome spot just down the highway in Camp Verde, @verdebrewingco This was a decent sized place with lively taproom and friendly staff. When we arrived, the inside was full, so we opted for the patio- For a couple of Washingtonians sitting outside in the sun was a treat. The patio was spacious, lined with picnic tables¹ as well as games. We had a busy morning, so we were happy to try a selfish proportion of their incredibly scrumptious food, in addition to a flight & pint. See below for more… • • • • The Beer: 🍺Plum Sour, IPA | 5.1% Abv. 🍺Watermelon Sour, Fruited | 4.8% Abv. 🍺Blue Sky, Hazy IPA | 6.5% Abv. 🍺Sabor Sabro, IPA | 5.5% Abv. 🍺Nectaron Hazy, IPA | 6.2% Abv. The Grub: 🧡Chips & Salsa w/ Guac 🧡Elote-Style Nachos 🧡Chili-Dog 🧡Nacho-dog (Yes, we were repetitive, but we don't regret it) We picked up a 4pack to take back to our Airbnb. • • • • • 🐕✅️👪✅️🍻✅️

Most excellent sleeper-of Kind breweries!!! Wow loved all the selections of Arizona craft brews. Nestled between a small community of commercial businesses right off the interstate 17 Camp Verde exit behind Denny’s left after the round about. The staff was very friendly courteous and seemed as if they were really enjoying their work! This place was a diamond in the rough with a kick back pace that fostered an open air free feeling to tantalize the tastebuds with munchies and eats that will completely compliment the local and proud brewers of fine craft Beers,Ale,lagers and Hefeweizens that they gladly draw you up a pint or growler of you favorite flavor of brew.Incredible they offer beer for life program as well as Brewery Brick where you get a brick on the wall to put your ”John Hancock” get a growler full of brew hat or T-shirt.

Yes, off the beaten path in an industrial park, ok. But first, the iced tea had lime wedges instead of lemon, awesome! Sat outside with our fur-baby, and they brought her a bowl of water, nice. Appetizer was elote nachos, and they were fantastic. Extremely generous with the sauce. Wife had beer brat and side salad. Again, very generous with the fixins. I had the nacho salad, and even though I asked for no jalapenos, I think the sauce was spiced. Very good, but had quite a kick to it. Kayla was our server, and even though we were the only ones sitting outside (VERY windy), she was quick to refill our teas and check on us. Very friendly. Only thing I would recommend is to not sit outside when the winds are about 20-30 mph with gusts of 40mph! Lol But this was a good place, amazing food and amazing people.

Our MUST-STOP Hidden Gem Munds Park! 🚗🚙 Calling Verde Brewery a 'Hidden Gem' feels almost too accurate – part of me hates to share how good it is because I don’t want it getting too busy! But it’s just too good not to. This is our non-negotiable pit stop every single time we drive up north to Munds Park

🥪 OBSESSION-WORTHY Food..The food is SWAG. While I like to switch it up, my incredibly picky husband has eyes only for the Cranberry Chicken Salad Sandwich – he’s literally never ordered anything else! He even raves about the chips and their “perfect pairing.” DO NOT FORGET the Pineapple Potato Salad – it’s an absolute MUST. Unique and delicious!

🍺 Great Home-Style Brew: Always solid, satisfying beer that pairs perfectly with their incredible food.

✨ Stellar Service – Every Time: The amazing service is the cherry on top. Shelby, our bartender tonight, was fantastic – a great listener who was fast, attentive, and made everyone feel welcome. This level of care seems standard here!

The Verdict: If you’re driving the I-17 corridor between Phoenix/Flagstaff and Munds Park (or anywhere in Northern Arizona!), Verde Brewery is a MUST-STOP Hidden Gem. Killer home-style brew, obsession-worthy food (try the sandwich & potato salad!), and consistently amazing service (shoutout to Shelby!). Turns the drive into a highlight. Five stars all day long... even if I am worried it’ll get too...

It's got it all! I recently saw the signs on the I-17 for this place and thought to myself 'I've got to try this place'. Heading back to Flag, I decided to get out of the circus called the highway for a break. What a perfect time to check out a new (for me anyway.....turns out they're going on their third year, just newly posted signs on the 17). I called to make sure they had a dog friendly patio and yay, they did!

From the moment I walked on the patio, everyone was very friendly. They brought my dog water, and were very welcoming. They make quite a few of their own beers, with a great variety, and have a couple guest taps as well. I picked the Pecan Nut Brown - YUM!!!! The menu had a great selection, but not overwhelming with choices. I'm a vegetarian, and there were enough choices for me. Any of their burgers, you can substitute the veggie patty for, and it's a great selection. I'd never seen a red wine burger before, and had to try it. Wow, what a unique idea, and really delicious!!

The patio is really well shaded with lots of tables. The inside looks really cool too although I could only look at it from the doorway since I had my dog. Just a very pleasant experience all the way around!! A perfect place to stop for a bite, or just a break from...
