Boba CuCue — Restaurant in Camp Verde

We’ve been here twice. The first time there was no mochi for our melon mochi and they never told us they were out. After they served it, We overheard the manager(+I believe owner) talking with a worker when he asked why they didn’t put the mochi on it. The worker said they have been out for awhile. Then today, as being served our drinks, they said they are out of straws!!! We would have chosen something without such a layer on top and more liquidity if anything at all.. and last time we wouldn’t have chosen the mango mochi when they’re out of mochi and would have tried something else if given the truth before purchasing. No apologies, discounts, coupons nothing for their mistakes. The place is cute and the drinks are good but idk if it’s worth it with this sort of service. Ask before you buy!! Even then, who knows.. seems they just want the money and don’t care about customer...

We stumbled upon Boba Cucue Boba Tea House while stopping for gas late at night on our way into Sedona, AZ. It’s right off the main road leading into town, and the bright, inviting space caught our eye. My kids talked about it all weekend, and on the way back home, we finally got to check it out!

I tried the fresh taro milk with original boba, and it was delicious. My son ordered the Mango Smash green tea, and my daughter had the Galaxy Pink Colada with mango popping boba—both were huge hits. We also treated ourselves to their adorable waffle pops (a freshly made waffle on a stick!) and a couple of orders of steamed dumplings since the kids were hungry. Everything was tasty, fresh, and full of flavor.

Beyond the boba drinks, they had a fun selection of snacks and even claw games, which kept the kids entertained. We’ll definitely be stopping by again next time...

Love the store but the employees are lazy kids. Walked in asked the young lady what end we start at and was straight ignored while she just played on her phone so I stood for a minute then asked the guy at the counter who clearly heard me speak to the young lady the first time I asked. So I asked him he was also on his phone but atleast responded to me is can help you over here. There was no motivation for doing there job very poor attitudes and lack of customer service. These team members are clearly young and have not pride in their jobs. Outside if the lazy kids great drinks and set up. Find quality team members that provide great customer service and I will change this to 5 stars. We stop here atleasr...
