Dairy Queen Grill & Chill — Restaurant in Camp Verde

Went to DQ tonight through the drive through to get chicken strip baskets. We asked for cheese curds in one of them and paid extra for it. And asked for extra cups of gravy that we paid for. I had to ask for the cones we ordered because they gave us our baskets and said have a nice night. I let that go because, well we are all human and make mistakes. But then we get all the way home to discover we had no cheese curds and the gravy cups were only half full. On top of that, of the 4 pieces of chicken in one of the baskets, see the photo for what can only be classified as a NUGGET compared to the normal size of the chicken STRIPS. Drove all the way back and was told by the manager that they would make the cheese curds and fill the gravy cups. We asked they remake our food because at this point it has been 40+ minutes of the food sitting out and since we didn't mess up the order, we should be given our correct order and hot. They took our food and said they will remake it. We got home and no, it's still the same food we had, just warmed in a microwave. And half of the cups of gravy were still only half full. My parents own and operate a Dairy Queen, for which I was a manager before I became disabled. There is no way in hell we wouldn't have remade the entire order after that considering it would have been the fault of the employees, not the customer. And wouldn't have pretended to remake it and microwaved it. I will NEVER come to this location again. And this used to be our favorite place to have a quick dinner. Ordered pickup, got there and all the doors except a service door? were locked. I'm knocking on the doors, no one will open it. Doing the service door, went in and some fuel in there just looked at me and walked away, so i went to the counter. Everyone in the entire place just was acting weird and didn't seem like they wanted to even talk to me. Finally someone came over and I said I'd placed an order, literally not one word out of this girl's mouth at all, she just gave me the bag and turned around and walked away. The food was not good, cold and they put nasty ranch in my chicken basket after I'd paid for gravy and extra gravy, got neither. This is the worst DQ I've ever been to. They have consistently had slow service in the past but today was the worst. No one was getting their receipts and no order numbers were assigned while the place was packed. 2 people inside had their orders mistakenly given to people in the drive through and people from the drive through had to walk in to have orders corrected. I ordered a simple blizzard and fries and watched as several others recieved their more complicated orders before I recieved mine, despite the fact that I had ordered long before they did. It turns out they lost my order as well as many others. It took over 45 minutes to get 1 order of fries and 1 blizzard, and the fry size was wrong. Totally unacceptable and I'm never...
