I placed an online order online for the Camp Verde store on 12/9/23 and had my husband go in to pick it up for me. Once approached by an employee, he was immediately thrown a very nasty attitude from a young red headed girl who was working. She was rude and carried a snobby demeanor when handling our food during the pickup/transaction process. He came home with the food and I quickly realized she forgot an item to our order as well. I get people have bad days but to show such a nasty character in a 2 minute transaction is ridiculous. Don’t work at a job that requires people to people contact if you’re not going to take pride in the way you present yourself in the work place. That simple. Mind you, they weren’t busy at all. Our food was the only thing that was waiting for pick up and there was no other customers present at the time. They had only been open not even 30 minutes. Absolutely no excuse to act the way she did and reflects a poor overall character and acceptance of immaturity for the entire store as this hasn’t been our first problem with this particular store. Read moreHere’s a picture of two halves of two different pizzas. They were both “Extra Most Bestest” with 1 added topping each. Clearly there’s NO pepperoni, hardly any cheese, and some slices didn’t even have any topping. I’ve always had a good experience with Little Caesar’s but this location is something else. I also called and tried to explain the issue. The guy said bring the Pizza’s in so I could explain what wasn’t to my liking (like I was already doing over the phone) and he could possibly remake it but in a tone that made me sound like I was lying. I don’t know if the cashier or the cook made the mistake, but I had 8 hungry people to feed and there was no way I was driving that far out with the pizzas I already had so this guy can “verify” if they made a mistake. He also hung up on me while I was explaining that, so I definitely wasn’t going to trust any remade food from them. Maybe it was Brian on the phone. Maybe it wasn’t. The receipt says Brian so I’ll say it was probably Brian on the phone....
