1 oolong tea (no cream & no sugar) + 1 cappucino (again no cream & no sugar) + 1 kids hot chocolate (billed as a mocha) = $16. Outrageous!! Terrible value for money because all three were subpar! The oolong tea was a hideous dark brown color like as if the leaves had been extracted to death and then some. Clearly it was made using some kind of extract instead of the leaves that they had on the counter which I'm realizing now where purely for show. The cappucino was flat and lifeless. My friend poured it into the drain. The kids hot-chocolate was quite clearly made by putting chocolate syrup into warm milk - you know what that tastes like....

Why the heck would you put sugar and milk in a good oolong? May as well add some spit while you're at it!! On the other hand, given the oolong that I was served, it's just as well that they expect you to have it with tons of sugar and milk added because that's what it takes to make it taste palatable. It's an oolong...
Read moreLatina girl, Ari is the employee that’s consistently cordial, friendly and service oriented here. Articulate, with praise worthy mannerisms.
However, I experienced quite the contrary on Monday, August 11th, during the shift covered by the 2 Asian girls working around 5:30pm. When asking what it would require for me to receive a full serving, the girl with lighter complexion (acne) stated the drink shown in the image attached would be “all I get.”
I asked what the reason was for this being the only drink being served at 50% of the cup size and why on different days I would receive full servings from the other half of the staff? Although very misleading to sell half a beverage at full price, I still asked if I could just pay double to get a full cup. This was denied without reason, without explanation just a condescending denial.
I will gladly take my business to the coffee shop...
Read moretea was oversteeped but mostly fine. don’t get the popcorn chicken. it’s the poorest excuse of popcorn chicken i’ve ever eaten. no basil, small and hard chunks, dry, the entire miserable box tastes like i’m eating from the bottom of a normal bag. overpriced at that, total waste of money
the employees are super nice though thx for working so hard
