McDonald's — Restaurant in Campbell

EAT HERE AT YOU'RE OWN RISK!!!!! This has become the worst McDonalds in the world. They don't value their customers at all if you're ordering food. They only want drink orders. They are fast to make and make more profits. This is why they make food orders park and wait. When you have been sitting for 15 minutes waiting for your food and you call the phone number on the yellow poles, nothing happens. You get an answering machine. There's never a call back. When you do finally get your food, the burgers are raw uncooked disks. The fries are uncooked and sorta frozen inside. If more people would contact the health department and show them the raw burgers, I bet they would definitely do something about it. I will not eat at this store anymore. The whole management team needs replaced. They are not training people right. If they are and the employee is still doing the job wrong, we'll then replace them. The last time I was in this store, I didn't purchase anything because there was spilled pop and food all over the counters. The dining room was just a complete mess. I watched a person who was putting nuggets in a box and dropped the box. Nuggets all over the floor. He was told by someone to hurry up and pick them up. Just like the food the service is sloppy, wrong and just over all disgusting. I want to throw my food back in the window just like they do handing it out. The attitudes in this place are hilarious. If they put that much effort into making the food as they do with the dirty looks they might be somewhere in life. Why are the orders always wrong or not finished properly if it’s the SAME routine day in and out . Pathetic. Asked for corporates # because they NEVER get anything right they left me on the phone on hold for 30 minutes then hung up, I got ahold of corporate anyways .always wanna be loud and ghetto with customers.. It’s 2023 & nothing has changed. They need to be shut down. They hire ghetto trash. I avoid this one at all costs &’ I live right down the street from it . They need to seriously get it together with their mouths… accidentally selected this one from doordash .. asked for a simple orange juice and got orange hi-c … Atp I’m on a episode of punked with this place. Went today before the noon rush hour. I pull up to drive-thru line. They have the 2 lanes and when I pulled up I would be 3 , maybe 4th in line. When it was my turn to order the guy came on asked to take my order. I said what I wanted and he never came back. Didn’t ask what soda, size, was that everything….nothing. I watch the lane next to me continuously place their order and pull forward. After about 3 or four cars from that lane all order a girl comes on my speaker. She asks to take my order, I said, that someone had come on, asked what I wanted, I ordered, and didn’t get my order taken. I expressed that I have now been pushed back 3-4 people in line. She didn’t apologize, she says so “ do you still want to order”? WOW, then some dude, probably guy who forgot about me gets on the speaker and tells me how I don’t need to talk like that when I said how horrible their customer service is, of course the punk that he is says bye! I will drive to a different location, this one is horrible. The one by YSU gets more traffic but much better...
