I had the worst experience ever and Iāve been to several Starbucks all over California by far they take the trophy for worst store iāve been here to this location several times I come here at least twice a week with my wife and kids but no more I decided to stop by today at 7:00 pm to pick up to two Venti size caramel Frappuccino with extra caramel drizzle when I pull up to the window a young lady tells me excuse me what did you order she was trying to give me somebody elseās order Then I repeated my order to her seems that nobody took my order when I clearly spoke to a man in the Drive through window so the young lady tells me Iām gonna go ahead and have you pay can you please move I was nice enough to say yes I know they have numbers and times to keep for corporate she told me can you drive around again which I replied no thanks I can actually just wait outside in the parking lot and can you guys bring me the order then I drove away I was parked in front of the store for roughly 7 to 8 minutes nobody was coming to give me my order I walked out of my vehicle they had a sign on the door saying that they were closed which I drove around again and she had my order there when I clearly told her that I was gonna wait in the front which I found it really disrespectful and rude somebody couldāve signal me and let me know to please come and get them so when she gives me my order they look like regular Venti size caramel Frappuccinoās with no extra caramel drizzle then she gives me a look of disapproval then she brings me back my drinks with an excessive amount of caramel which at this point I was really upset and I just told her I didnāt want this and if I can talk to a manager a young man came out to the window he was no help Iām really disappointed at this place at this point I think Iām just done...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThis is the Starbucks Ive been going to ever since they built it. And unfortunately the quality of this location has only gotten worse. Not even the interior facelift could fix itās issues. The workers always seem to have an attitude, and always look at people weird when we hit āno tipā. theres a reason for this no tip. within the last year the service has become slow and the quality of the drinks have become poor compared to their high prices. Drinks are made slowly itās as if they start making the drink when you pay at the window. The drink seem to be poorly mixed. instructions given, arenāt always listened to, and even allergy instructions werenāt followed. Donāt even get me started on their poor, moldy looking cold foam. Iāve done many experiments where Iāll order one or two things and keep time to see how long it takes to get my items. (In order to give the benefit of the doubt like if they were poor staff that day, or it was a long ) however, my results have shown that no matter what the conditions are, itās always the same outcome. My recent trip (which actually solidified my decision to never go here again) I ordered one drink and one cake pop, and I was in the drive-through line for 5 to 7 minutes. I went up to the window to pay. Received my cake-pop two minutes later. And proceeded to sit at the window for the next 15 minutes. Before I was handed my drink. Itās safe to say that the drive-through lines are not worth it if youāre on your way to work. I will never be spending my money at this location ever again, and I advised customers who are in a rush and on their way to work to never pull into this location. If you want your drink crafted with love and care and your allergy instructions to be followed. I suggest the location next to Prospect...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI'll not be back to this store; the barista making my order was on complete autopilot and not paying attention, when I politely asked her not to put the lid on, she acknowledged that, then put the lid on anyway. When I protested, she dumped it another cup, which is not what I wanted, added more whipped cream and then put a lid on again! I didn't say anything but she could see I wasn't happy, so she offered to remake it. I leaned a bit closer and clearly emphasized that I didn't want the lid on it but would take the lid with me. She threw together the drink again and, I kid you not, PUT THE FREAKING LID ON! She dropped it front of me without looking at me and spun away before I could even react. I didn't want to be that person who shrieks at a barista for a mistake, so I took it and left, but I could definitely understand the inclination...
