Hello! As a hungry, resourceful teenager on a budget (due to uncooperative parents), I made it my goal to satisfy my appetite with your amazing, cheesy, garlic crusted pizza on this beautiful summer day. Equipped with a friend and an impatient sister, we brainstormed how to get the desirous Italian classic with only three dollar bills available. With our ingenious plan staked, we raided our house and cars looking for any coins. Pooling our findings, we were able to collect $21 total, ($18 of which in change), organizing our collection on a make shift tap board in the middle of our long carpet in sections of individual dollars. At one point we believe to of counted 200 pennies (we triple checked everything, something I believe my accounting teacher would be extremely proud of). With our order placed and prepared by Christopher, we rushed to devise a plan that we would use to present our findings in an expedient fashion to our experienced driver carrying our secondary dinner in which all highschoolers yearn for daily. Our plan: each person holds one dollar in each hand, exchanging the currency one at a time. Once Kasey arrived (with a great parking job), we explained to her that we had A TON of change. Her demeanor never changed, she never frowned or sighed, but simply appreciated our efforts to support the business. One at a time, we plopped our change in her hand, and she counted out each individual handful and placed it in her convenient, black pouch. She stood at my front door patiently, appreciating every single penny we put into her hand! At the end (it was a four and a half minute exchange) I apologized for the money situation, but she seemed to insist that it was absolutely fine and creative. Out of all the Domino's deliveries, this was by far the most memorable. I really do appreciate Kasey's dedication to her job and by going out of her way to make sure that we were happy and the accounts were balanced. Thank you...
Read moreDominos in Canby has the potential to be amazing. When their food is right out of the oven it’s so delicious, but I’ve noticed a degradation in quality recently. About a month ago, I ordered their new buffalo chicken mac and didn’t notice until I ate it the next day that there was no chicken and literally one little dot of buffalo sauce. That was my bad for not complaining then and getting a refund or exchange. Then a few days ago, I got a medium pizza, and a 3 pineapple pieces were on the pizza. If someone was allergic to pineapple it could have been bad, but thankfully I am not. Then today, I got another pizza, but this time they added sausage all over it when we didn’t order it. With the last two, we could just pick them off and be fine, but it’s kinda ridiculous that my last 3 orders have all had something wrong with them. I don’t fully blame the workers, I know that since the pandemic CEOs care less about actually keeping and training employees, so I wouldn’t be surprised if people were constantly quitting and then nobody is properly trained. I just wish I wouldn’t have at least one thing wrong with my order when I get it. Also it’s ridiculous that pepper and cheese are $1 each in stupid plastic containers that will be in some landfill in a few days when the cost of cheese and pepper is nothing to the CEO. You think he’d be able to still have them provided for free, but I suppose not. I unfortunately don’t think I will come to this...
Read moreOrdered a delivery order that never made it to us. Called and they couldn't find the order. So went to the store to make sure they did not charge a credit card. After about 10-15 mins later they finally found the order. It was in pick up. The night manager couldnt even find the order on their computer and the credit card got charged also. This is horrible training for this young manager. He should have been able to find the order and the charge without a problem. At this point, just wanted to cancel order. And make sure credit card was credited. This also was bad customer service. If that was my company I worked for I would make sure that customer was OK and would be coming back. In other words, give credit, give them the food anyways and then give them a card with a free pizza or something. This might make up for the mistake that their store did. Taco bell is owned by another corporation that also owns many other fast food places and other businesses. This was bad training on their part. But of course a corporation that pulls in that much money, what do they care if just one person never orders from them. They won't be getting our business at that...
