Lone Elder Pizza — Restaurant in Canby

I've never had a worse experience ordering pizza in my life. I gave it a 1 star because I couldn't give anything lower. Nothing was correct. The hoagie wasn't toasted, it was soggy and cold. Onions were out on my sausage and cheese pizza, we were given a wrong pizza and they told us to bring it back, olives were on my Nacho pizza when I told them not to put olives on it and the cheese was not melted on the pizza, everything was barely warm and/or cold. Literally cold. They told us to bring everything back, during this ice storm if we wanted a correct order. They didn't offer a refund at all. When we went back, they took the messed up food and offered a 5.00 credit next time we order. LOL It was almost offensive. THEN a homeless teen came in, he was eating pizza that was left over from another person off the table. He heard our complaints and gave the lady back the messed up food. The homeless kid asked if he could have the messed up food and she said no, threw it away. She also refused to give him a glass so he could get water. It's 20 degrees outside. Is there no compassion during an freezing ice storm. I will NEVER EVER spend my money at the place. I made a purchase of over 100.00 and THIS was the worst experience I have ever had with ANY restaurant. This town has real issues with their small businesses running with a lack of customer service. The pizza actually tasted really good! The chef's recipe is yummy. BUT the kind gentleman who was working today had an unfortunate lapse of thought? when he handed me the bathroom key attached to a stick and then went right back to the pizza he was making for us with his bare hands. I was shocked to say the least, and made a comment about it. Out of shock, I walked away. Although my immediate thought was to leave and ask for a refund, he acknowledged his error, and I'd like to think he started over. I have to leave one star. First time I order pizza from this place and they gave us the wrong pizza. Called to let them know and they said we should bring back the pizza so they could give it to someone else! If that does not scare you, think about that a second time.

Then they said they would refund our money but they did not. After calling a second time due to no refund they offered us $10 off our next order which is not a refund.
