I am sorry to say that I am disappointed in the service from this Dutch Bros. store.
I love the Carmelizer drink and have been a loyal customer of the Dutch Bros shops since the first one opened in Woodburn and then when the second one did. That was closer to my home. So when I moved to Canby and heard that Dutch Bros was putting a store here I was just delighted.... Most of the time the drink is fine. but since you have opened this shop I have had on 6 different occasions received a drink that was not prepared correctly. Twice I parked and went inside to report the drink was not prepared with the right ingredients. I could tell by just the color it was not right and the taste was off. Both time I had to state over and over it was not right. Yesterday it was the same thing again. Only I didn't pay attention to what it looked like when I received it. Had to hurry so put in cup holder and came on home. When I tasted it, it tasted like it had been made with canned milk. Please work with you people to get this right.... As a loyal customer I want this shop to be successful. Getting there is a bit of a challenge but if the drinks are not prepared correctly, I will stop going there. Read moreMy mom and I get coffee at this location often, as we live in Canby. Unfortunately, we have had a couple of poor interactions with one of the employees there. Young guy with dark curly hair, a hat and flower tattoo on his left arm. He is very rude!! We have witnessed him being incredibly friendly and sociable with younger female customers, to the point where it's holding up the line, but the second we pull up to the window, he tries his hardest to not make eye contact and is super short and rude. He shortly asked what our plans were for the day (as I know they are required to ask this) he literally did not look at my mom, he turned his head completely around to look inside while she was answering the question. One thing about Dutch that we typically enjoy, is the friendly staff and feeling like they actually care about their customers. We are both highly disappointed with this behavior, and think that Dutch needs to do a better job with their hiring process. You don't get to treat people like shit, just because they're not someone you find physically appealing. It is NOT okay. Maybe don't work in a place where you have to be social with EVERYONE. Read moreI used to work at Dutch and I have always gone to a different location. Unfortunately I had a horrible experience at this one. The drive through was a joke first of all and we had to circle around after we got to the window and then 2 people ended up getting to go before because they made us do that. I’m not sure why but one of the girls there just had the worst attitude. Then I asked for light ice and get to the window (again) and my drink was literally 1/3 of the way empty. I simply asked why it’s like that. The girl at the window said sorry and she would fix it, then the girl with attitude got upset and Simply told me they don’t do that anymore and if I want it filled the rest of the way I can pay for another medium drink. I know for a fact you add more when asked for light ice. It was made way bigger deal than it had to be. But I got less than without light ice so that was the problem.
