KFC — Restaurant in Canby

Wanted to post an update on this, got a call from the so called manager or owner she didn’t really say. I hung up because she was trying to mock me. Please stay far away from this location, they don’t care about their customers.

Went here today passing through Canby, I had been here before years ago as it was a great experience. Today wasn’t the same experience as before. I felt very rushed at the drive thru box because I was too sure what I want today. Finally figured out what my son and I wanted, and he said $18.99 i said for what ? And he said well the K4 was $11.99 and your 3 tender fill up box was $7 I said damn okay, laughed then paid. Then they handed me my drinks and I said I ordered medium not small. He said that was the medium! I looked at him and said I’m sorry but I want my money back, you’re ripping people off by giving this size up as a medium, that’s a small anywhere else you go. Then the manager comes over and decides to be a smart ass and says ma’am these are the smalls these are the large, which one did you think you were getting, I said again I just want my money back you don’t have to act like some smart ass cool what to be manager just give me my money back. He said what ever lady, I said excuse me ? He said if I didn’t say anything haha okay I heard whet I heard I’m not deaf nor blind.

Who ever the franchise owner of this KFC you should probably look into better employees. The receipt says Carlos but I’m not sure if that was the manger or the guy taking money at the window. I was there 6/23/2025 at 12:51 pm and the return was done at 12:54 pm

Very disappointed in the all around service. Ordered food at around 6:30 on 1/4/22. We had plans to go elsewhere so we didn't check if it was all there, as its never been a problem before. To start, while ordering we were told to speak up, rudely i might add. We ordered the 12 piece tender meal (comes w/ 3 sides), even after repeating our order for sides multiple times we were only given 2 or of the 3 sides as well as no honey or butter for their signature biscuits!! When we got to the window before paying we were ignored for a good 5 mins. We didn’t have a chance to sit down until almost 8… thats when we noticed and went back to get the food we paid $43 for. Pulling up to the mic we were greeted with a lack of enthusiasm, again. When we arrived at the window all we wanted was our missing food.. we were given attitude and a lack of respect for trying to pick up something we had paid for. 9/10 WOULD NOT RECOMMEND! Went in on Sunday afternoon 3/10/2024 used a coupon for 3 chicken tenders meal. Parking was ample and the building was in good condition. The interior was clean and neat. The ambient temperature seemed quite low. The staff was very friendly and offered opinions for a side option as opposed to the French fries. I chose the Mac and Cheese. The meal was served in a moderate amount of time. Unfortunately the Chicken tenders were overcooked, dry, stringy, and chewy. The biscuit was dry and hard. The Mac and Cheese was the bright spot and was hot and tased good. I’m going to imagine that if it were during a high traffic time and freshly cooked my review might be different. However shouldn’t freshly cooked and tender food be served no matter when it is ordered ? I see from the Google reviews this store only has slightly over a 3 star average so maybe the Franchisee should...
