This place is closed now, but the last time I was there the new employees couldn't even count money and it made me nervous about them cashing my lottery tickets. Another time I was there one of the workers got busted by OLCC for not only serving a minor decoy but also for not having her servers permit. They never open on time in the morning, sometimes 1/2 HR or more late. They don't clean the tables in the video lottery room and even in the morning upon opening the place was dirty from the night before. I saw a spider crawl out of one of the beer taps another time.
