A&W Restaurant — Restaurant in Canby

Went through the drive thru and we ordered a plain cheeseburger kids meal, the employee asked if we wanted fries, we said yes. We also ordered cheese curds and onion rings. We paid then had to go wait out front, which was not a big deal. Got our food and I always check to make sure we got everything. They forgot the fries and prize for the kids meal. I went in and explained what happened and the guy looked confused. He said it didn't come with fries or a prize. I showed him the menu board where it stated it come with fries or applesauce and a special prize. He hesitated and went to the back to ask. They put in for the fries but he was confused again about the prize. Usually A&W will have a free kid ice cream cone that comes with the kids meal. Again not a big deal about the prize but the supervisor was also confused and said they don't have prizes on kfc stickers. I seemed weird the supervisor didn't have a clue about anything and how to help customers. But also the lack of customer service and willingness to make it right was not there. I will NEVER be going back to that A&W /KFC again. And highly recommend anyone else check your order before you leave the parking lot. Plus they didn't give us a receipt...

Hey everybody old Baron out and about yeah I'm out here in canby Oregon today and I've been out here quite a bit on projects

I highly recommend the place a&w out here it's also Kentucky fried Chicken and the first Kentucky fried Chicken I have never got sick at no pun intended and the a&w part has great food too and they have $2 large root beer floats hell you can't go wrong with that especially if you like ice cream and you like root beer makes a great treat for the day so I'd say yeah I give these guys a five-star because I have always done real well with the food here on both sides the root beer floats are ice cold you can't grumble about that and the food's always good and hot can't go wrong there so just let them know the old Baron suggested for you all to swing by and say hi and grab a burger or a bucket of chicken and don't forget you and the kids should definitely get the root beer floats and get the large because it's the same price as a small Yes you heard me $2 large root beer floats you aren't going to find that anywhere that's a total score

Want to be laughed at, be talked to by a condescending child and served cold food then this is the place to go. After receiving horrendous service and calling to complain about spending $22 on cold food the “shift leader” refused to tell me their name, said “ let me take, what’s it called? Oh your name and number, and the thing….. oh receipt number” this is beyond unprofessional, rude and absurd to think these kids want or deserve to be paid anything more then bare minimum wage. Customer service no longer exists and this new generation coming into the workforce will absolutely bring an end to any establishment managing to stay afloat in these already...
