another Starbucks that didn't get the memo that you're not supposed to put the fork package that an unknown number of people have touched with their hands, money or God knows what else
In the packet of bites touching the food that people are gonna eat ignorant employees of Starbucks think that because the fork is the same length as the egg package and it fits in there so well, that they can just shove it in there without thinking about why they used to touch the egg bites and then put them in a package without touching them with hands many people have touched those packages of forks from the box to the containers on your counters by ur registers
Hell, I didn't even even seen people draw the packages on the floor pick them up and put them in the container after touching money
I've actually called Starbucks about this and learned that actually you're not supposed to give people a fort unless they ask for one so you're doing 2 things wrong is gross and potentially dangerous, I guess the whole world shutting down from a pandemic didn't teach you anything about...
Read moreI went into Starbucks to get a coffee at about 12:20pm. The older barista was taking my order and she was being very rude! I asked for an iced London fog tea latte and she proceeded to tell me very rudely it’s going to take 5 minutes to brew and I said “that’s fine”. This is one of the worst experience I’ve had there. I come into this Starbucks all the time, every other time I’ve gone in there has been such a friendly environment and they are super nice. I don’t remember the older lady’s name but she was not helpful at all and I’m very...
Read moreMy wife went through the drive threw and got our drinks. She told the girl that mine was supposed to be a venti and it was a Grande. The girl said with attitude that's what you ordered. Well my wife brought me my drink and I took a sip. Tasted awful. I opened it and it had no chocolate. (I ordered a mocha) So I went back to the Starbucks and this nice young man asked what he could do for me. I said wrong size wrong drink and a bad attitude from the drive up person. I told him I was upset with the girl because she disrespected my wife when she mentioned that it was the wrong size. He apologized for the mix up and made me a new one. My guess is that she won't be talked to and they don't care if I come back. Thank goodness for the other coffee...
