Arby's — Restaurant in Canton Township

I really enjoy my visits at this Arby's. Every time I go there I am welcomed almost as soon as I walk in the door. Whether it is a manager at the front counter or an employee. They are always friendly and helpful. They are almost like family.

The food is always fresh and hot and if I forget to order something and I asked for it later they make sure that I get it.

The last big snow we got in Michigan one of the employees went out and made a Snowman. I think the Snowman was there a day or two before I got there but it still looked good. I sat at the front window right in front of the Snowman and really enjoyed it. It was very relaxing to see something like that.

I told the manager Wayne that it was nice to see the Snowman and to give a compliment to whoever built that snowman, he said he would and he did.

I was there long enough that when the employee got off work he walked by the Snowman and he readjusted the eyes and made sure that the Arby's hat was on properly and did a couple other adjustments to the Snowman to make sure that it was still looking good.

I know that means nothing to a lot of people but when you're having a bad day and you come across friendly employees at an Arby's that you enjoy going to and a snowman to greet you it puts a smile on your face.

They wouldn't send a manager to an employee's position because they were about to vomit. Anyone sick should have the right to get out of the restaurant because it is illegal for them to be working there so to symptoms that cause vomit. Yet 2 of the managers on shift would not relieve this poor man while he was giving proper notice that he was going to vomit. I'm never eating here again due to suck people prepping the food. If they won't send someone off line about to vomit who knows who they'll keep on prepping the food sure to whatever illness. This place is also disgusting and rid with bacterial infectious hazards. Nobody changes sanatizer rags until the look of them make you want to vomit and YOU HAVE TO SAY SOMETHING. It's not every hour like a restaurant should be. It's disgusting. All their equipment has buildup due to lack of maintenance and cleaning. I've seen it through the customer window and I will never recommend anyone eating hear or any other Arby's restaurant since this one is...

Very nice staff. Went in and didn't feel isolated. Really liked this location.

Had the new limited Arby burger. The new Arby burger is actually really good.

Doesn't taste like a fast food burger. Was really well seasoned and had no marks of freezer burn.

Seems & tasted like fresh meat. Really liked it.

The chicken salad....was healthy? Like it had no unnecessary sugar at all; it depends on the grape slices to sweeten the mix.

I didn't hate this at all. But neither was it anything special. But making chicken salad palatable is already a great feat. So better than my expectations. And not sickly sweet; which was surprising. I ended up using only one slice of bread for the chicken salad and folding it in half. Too much bread.

Bread tastes good though. A nice rye bread; also not sweetened. Was perfect for...
