Overall our family likes this place a lot and we've been several times.

Food is consistently cooked and good.

Want a burger? They've got you covered :). They also serve a pretty good shake (I'm a shake snob and this is one of the few places I don't mind getting a shake from). Also, I'll add that instead of fries (which are good) you can get a good side salad (tomato, onion, mix of iceberg and romaine) at no additional cost. This is what I get every time I visit.

Finally, a special shout out to the service here. At the worst day we get service that meets expectations but it's not uncommon that we get great service. For example, tonight - Sukana and the other server on duty helped keep our 3 y.o. toddler company at the counter as there weren't any other customers to wait on at the time. They didn't have to but they did and we really appreciate it. We've had other experiences, too where staff has gone above and beyond when it comes to service.

As for price - with how expensive fast food is nowadays why not go to a place like this where you get considerably better food and service for a similar price?

I suggest that they work on this aspect of their business to make it more user-friendly and streamlined for their customers.

Additionally, I noticed that they had a tip option for pick-up orders. I believe it puts the customer in an awkward position, especially for pick-up orders. I suggest that they remove the tip option for pick-up orders unless it is for curbside pick ups, where the staff provides additional service.

Really clean and inviting inside. Our server, Samah was very friendly and helpful. I ordered the California Avocado specialty burger 🍔 with fries on the side and the Red Velvet milkshake 🥤. Burger was cooked medium well as I had requested and was really delicious with all the sauce and toppings. Fries, 🍟 just being regular fries were really outstanding! Perfectly cooked and meaty/crispy. The ranch and honey mustard are amazing as well. The milkshake....not only was it gorgeous, it was super creamy and so delicious! The 🧁 on top of it was super fresh and something about the frosting was truly spectacular. It was just the right amount of creamy yet not too obnoxiously sweet.
