I come to this location all the time and they give outstanding service and are always very nice. Today my coworker and I placed an order online for pick up and they were very busy inside and out. They were on top of it even though they were slammed. I want to let everyone know the person who posted their review 4 hours ago came in and had a question. I was in the online pick up line and my coworker let her know where the inside regular counter was. One of the employees let her know politely that they would be with her in just a moment that they were finishing up making another orders food. This customer proceeded to call her the b word, then storm out saying the whole crew was a bunch of n words.
Firstly, those employees didn't deserve to be treated like that and were very nice and professional to everyone there. I was in shock that in literally less than a minute this lady came in and cursed out the staff. They didn't do anything wrong. I see that she put a review up and recognized her from her photo. She should be ashamed of her behavior.
With that being said, this location has always been good and the staff were very kind and apologetic of her reaction, even though they didn't have anything to apologize for. Read moreArby’s has always been my favorite place as I love the food. However, I am very disappointed in their service. As usual, I drop by this location Arby’s to grab my lunch by using Halloween coupon. When I showed my Q-code to redeem my 33%off coupon for payment, she looked already in bad mood because my car was a bit far to reach (it was reachable btw). So i tried to be nice and polite so I apologized and took my seatbelt off to get closer the lady. Then she didn’t say a word but watching the system and said didn’t work. So I redeemed it again and she looked more angry and mumbling some words then one staff beside her said it worked. When I received my order, i asked whether I can get the white sauce because I didn’t know the name and when I said the white sauce during my numerous visits, I had no problem with staff for their understanding (and that was what I was told to do so when I ordered). This woman gazed at me like 5 seconds without words and put the horsey sauce and telling another staff that “She is so irritating.” I don’t think I was ever rude or IRRITATED her. My feeling was she treated me very rude based on the judgement that English is my second language. I will never go back...
Read moreLast five visits have been problems. Crinkle fries all cold, shriveled and dried out. They gave me curly fries instead of crinkle fries. (And they were cold and soggy) Ordered the French dip and the Au jous was in a small bowl that was partially crushed, seemingly by some trying to force the lid on (and failed). Half the Au jous had spilled out in the bag, which tore open in the car and then soaked the towel I had on the seat. Glad that towel was there! Ordered double BNC, they give me classic instead even though the receipt shows I ordered and paid for double. Ordered a French dip, strawberry fried pie and a medium coke. They try to give me a small coke. I ask for the medium that I ordered, and the guy takes a medium cup, puts some ice in it and then pours the contents of the small cup into the medium, puts a lid on it and hands it back... I get home and there's more strawberry fried pie...
I'm done with this Arby's. I'm treated like an intruder rather...
