Was given a gift card to Buff City for christmas, and immediately went to the newly opened location in Canton. The store was well lit, spacious and organized (think B&BW meets Lush vibes). It smelled wonderful. I was instantly greeted by a very kind and friendly member of the staff, who gave me a quick but thorough rundown of the store, products, and company philosophy. She then left me to explore, offered help if I needed it, and returned to their in-store soap making station.
I wound up purchasing their Soap Whip and mini body butter in the scent Narcissist, along with a couple bars of soap and a seasonal white fir scented bath bomb that was on clearance. The staff then checked me out and gave me a free laundry soap sample in the scent Kraken.
Got home, hopped in the shower, tried the soap whip and body butter and was more than pleased with both products; definitely worth the price and made my skin super soft. The soap bars themselves are nice but leave a bit of a film on your skin, so I recommend the soap whip as a body wash instead. That was my one and...

Read moreI've loved this store for the past year or 2 that it's been opened. After my last experience, however, I will not ever go back.
I'm signed up for rewards. Ive redeemed several just like this one, so I know how it works. The reward said any item under $10 free with ANY purchase. So I purchased a $5 body butter and redeemed my reward for a $9 soap. Super simple, right?
The cashier used my reward for the $5 item and charged me for the $9 item. It's only a $4 difference but it's the principle. She refused to fix the issue so I returned both items, meaning I lost my reward as well.
Employees need trained better on how rewards work since the customer understands better than someone who works there! I won't ever shop here again, so you lost a customer over an an employee who refused to allow me to use my reward and over $4, I hope it...
