Tried to look up stuff ahead of time, but their website was down. Staff confirmed this over the phone. Went yesterday with my husband and was seated immediately. But it took around 10 minutes to see the waitress for the first time , we asked for water, and I asked for no ice in mine. She brought ice with mine, so I asked again. She remembered and apologized. Took a bit to get my water after that. Asked about drink specials for Cinco de Mayo, to see if they'd honor it a day early because my husband was starting a specific diet for a study the next day and we couldn't eat together then. He wouldn't be able to eat the food. She cut me off to tell me no and wouldn't even ask. I asked if the milkshake style drinks had to have alcohol and she was confused and guessed they wouldn't taste good if they didn't. We ordered food, fajitas, without mushrooms. She seemed to want us to order the large plate for 2, but we both don't eat much so I stuck with the original size. Finally got it and lo and behold, it had mushrooms. She gave a small apology and ignored it, didn't offer to make it right. The guacamole we ordered was literally just avocado mash, no seasoning or tomato or onion. The queso and mild salsa was great for me. She only came around a few times, was extremely slow, and we had to wait 15-20 minutes at time for her to check on us. I thought about dessert, but she was honestly a slow and inaccurate server and I didn't want to wait 45 minutes and probably get another wrong item. Took our leftovers home (took a long time to get the boxes) and I see we were served expired sour cream. I'm disappointed to say the least. Most of it attributed to poor service. Meal was otherwise delicious and an enjoyable place.

Sorry, but their Nachos were horrible. 1 whole large raw onion, slivered, (better to be diced and maybe half an onion), and what had to be a whole restaurant size can of "whole" green olives (40+) 22 still left on the plate after eating as much as I could (better to be sliced so olives don't roll off the plate and onto the floor). The salty, vinegar olive brine was all I could taste. Hardly any diced tomatoes (like 10 small chunks cooked and sprinkled to give it "some" color,) and the solid melted "cheese top" glued everything into one big glob. No sour cream or guacamole (I probably could have asked for it. Extra charge??). UPDATE: After looking at other 1 ⭐️ reviews and pictures, I realize there are no tomatoes, just the red pimientos escaping from the olives. They also used to have large slivers of raw green pepper, but not now. Sheesh! I'm betting green peppers are too expensive, and onions and olives are cheap. Tomatoes, oh hell no!! Way to expensive. Yeah, I ate it because I was hungry. I believe my picture shows enough. The waitress brought me an extra plate so I could chisel off a section and transfer it to the empty plate. A steak knife should never NEED to be accompanied with nachos. I had a fountain soda and 1 refill. Later in the evening, I had a fountain of my own in the bathroom. Don't know if their fountain machine needs cleaning or if all that brine juice caused a reaction. They need to reinvent this dish and should review their food handling process. My highlight of the meal was the free chips and salsa (humm... maybe it was the homemade salsa).

I want to start by saying I rarely give ratings that are not 4 or 5 stars. Last night was the first time my husband and I dined at the Canton location. We will not be back. Our waiter, Glen, seemed irritated and overwhelmed by anything we asked him for (refill on chips and salsa, extra napkins, etc). (He had a total of 4 tables to wait on, but couldn't seem to handle more than one request per table per trip to the kitchen/bar.) The medium queso cheese dip was $7, was not very "medium-sized", and tasted like processed Velveeta. The salsa and all other food had practically no flavor at all. Our "top shelf" margaritas were so sour that they tasted carbonated. Best part of the dinner was the chips. Oh, and don't ask for anything special (no beans, no lettuce, etc.) if you go here. You'll be charged $.01 for each request. (See picture of receipt attached.) Between the poor service and high prices for low-quality, bland food, we won't be going back.

Two stars I am being generous, credit to the waitress and the tortilla chips. Went for Saturday brunch, only few ppl where there. The hostess was not very welcoming. But our waitress was sweet and helpful. The menu is vegetarian friendly, like any other Mexican place. They just take off the meet and replace it with beans and rice. Lol The complimentary chips and salsa were ok. We ordered vegetable fajita, the worst fajita I ever had. Veggies tasted really old and they were chopped horribly. Huge pieces. No spices, they were just half cooked. Served with rice and beans, also came with corn or flour tortillas. Rice and beans enchiladas, way to much cheese. Literally smothered. Cheese inside cheese outside. Kids cheese quesadilla- obviously goovy cheese. Even my cheese loving son said too much cheese. Lol The place is not well kept. Could use some cleaning, may be replace few stuff. They do have full bar. I would not go back here again.
