Starbucks — Restaurant in Canton Township

I have gotten pleasant experience at Starbucks, BUT not here. This Starbucks in a Kroger. I stopped by to grab a cafe latte - tall, skinny. One of the two gals, asked me "What am I having today?" is not so happy tone to serve me - while she was walking from one point to another. Once I told her what I wanted, I greeted her, with no response from her. Then the other girl asked me rudely "thats it?" when I answered her "yes". She just walked away without saying a word. I started looking at the screen & when I read "swipe your card", I did and stood there for 2 seconds. The gal started taking the next order from far away. BTW, I the cafe latte was NOT skinny & tasted like she put less than half amount of the coffee in there. NEVER...

I have an allergy to milk and I ordered a green tea with matcha powder. NOT a green tea latte. When the woman was making it I asked her if it was just green tea woth matcha powder in it just to make sure and she replied yes. After tasting it and taking a few drinks I realized that it was a latte with milk. I went back and told them that I can’t have milk and they gave me a card for a free drink and a free iced coffee (which after tasing realized it was iced tea). I really didn’t appreciate being lied to to my face and then them only feeling bad about it after it...

Ordered a vanilla tea latte. The girl working there wasn’t sure and hadn’t made it before and said that “I can make it for you”. Ended up getting hot water with two tea bags floating in it. No taste No flavor whatsoever! Had to request her to add another pump of vanilla as it wasn’t sweet at all. Also told her that it had no taste. All she said that it will take a while for the tea bags to give color and flavor.... half an hr later I warmed it up....
