Today, I had a very disappointing experience at Zos in Canton. I wanted to treat my family to something special, but the service I received was subpar. While placing my order, I requested extra patties on good burger and was immediately told no. I also asked for a small Cajun fries to snack on while waiting, and for the South-west burger, I asked for 3 grilled chicken patties. Initially, I was told no, but then a cook said it was possible. However, the person taking my order seemed displeased. She started making faces and was unhappy for no reason. As I waited, the same lady forgot to give me the fries and kept cleaning different areas, and the cook put the fries in a to-go bag. I paid $79.28 for the whole order.
After getting home, I discovered that the Southwest burger I ordered for myself contained a beef patty instead of 3 grilled chicken. It even smelled bad, so I had to throw it away. This ruined the whole experience for me.
If Zos in Canton wants to improve, they should adopt the same level of service offered at Zos Dearborn. Every person there says "I've got you, man" instead of immediately saying no. Zos Canton should also make an effort to understand customers' requirements, rather than ruining people's experiences.
The staff taking orders should remain humble and not show disdain if the customer requests something different.
I won't be returning...
Read moreLet me tell you about these guys at Zo's. Last week I ordered from here for the first time using Door Dash. (I just moved to the area and wanted to try a new place). When my order arrived I noticed the Burger I ordered was wrong. I ordered a hamburger but it had cheese on it. I double check my door dash order to see if i ordered it wrong. Nope wasn't door dashes fault. I looked a the receipt on the bag and it was rang up as a hamburger. So I called the restaurant and talked to Ali. Ali double checked and realized it was their mistake and owned up to it immediately and didn't try and give me some ridiculous excuse. He confirmed how I wanted my burger made and told me to sit tight. Ali had another burger made, got into his personal car and drove my new burger to me. I'm talking 8 minutes from call to him knocking on the door. (I live pretty close)
Granted they messed the burger up but it was an honest mistake. The way Ali and the guys there handled the mistake was all world.
The best part of all of this was the burger was incredible! Never mind five guys, forget famous burger, ignore basement burger bar, just look past every burger joint in Canton.

Read moreRight away when you walk in there’s an open and modern atmosphere. It doesn’t feel like a sit-down greasy five guys with white tile. This place has up beat music and open seating like a chipotle, plenty of lighting, modern textures and decorations, and a modern display menu with a top of the line Coca-Cola machine.
I ordered the good burger combo, I figured I would start with the flagship item. Playing and presentation were great for a fast casual spot. Good amount of food for the price. Not a value meal but not over priced, and you’ll leave satisfied. The burger itself was thin for my preference. The patty itself reminded me of a Big Mac slice, and the onion ring was about double the size of the protein. Portions were a bit off in my opinion. The cheese seemed a little artificial stuck to the onion ring, but their good burger sauce was really tasty. I got it with the Cajun fries which had a good amount of flavor. The fries weren’t soggy but they did have just slightly more chew than I like.
Overall it’s a good spot. I’ll be back because the price, atmosphere, and customer experience were spot on. I didn’t find my favorite item on the first visit, and I think I’ll try the food truck chicken...
