• Update* I got the same meal at the location on Cleveland Ave South and the au jus tasted really greasy and I was sick all night after eating my meal. Idk if I will ever order that sandwich again, but I do know if I get Arby's I'll travel further to the Cleveland Ave North location because the food tasted like it was freshly made and the au jus didn't taste like a bowl of grease they dipped out of the fryer. I think that the au jus sauce from Cleveland Ave South was well past the use by date and wouldn't be surprised if other people got sick as well.

I'm a big fan of using apps because of the special deals and the ability to earn free items. The roast beef sliders ended up costing $1 instead of $2, but they were pretty skimpy with the roast beef. We actually wanted beef and cheddar sliders, but the option to order it wasn't online, but I see them listed in the items below. So we went to our local Arby’s.. it was about 9:pm.. there were only a couple cars in the lot, and two cars in front of us in the drive through (not busy).. we ordered a #2 and a #12, both with large fries and drinks.. when we pulled up to the window, the attendant “Stephanie” tried to hand us medium drinks, so naturally we said something.. what we got back was a major attitude and 1/2 filled large cups.. then we got our food… sure enough, medium fries… not willing to accept more attitude, we just decided to go home.. when we got home (two blocks) we found that our fries were not only mediums, but they were COLD… so cold they tasted stale!!! Nothing! The drive thru lady, Catrina was rude and unprofessional! Kept cutting me off at the speaker. No hello, No thank you, No have a nice day, No smile, No would you like any sauces, she gets a BIG fat F for customer service skills! Even had the nerve to get upset with me when I asked for a drink carrier! She needs to be addressed about this issue and removed from the window asap...she might fit in the back making a sandwich or maybe not!
