I made the mistake of ordering from here Tuesday night. I ordered at 10:18. I was told they only had one driver and it would be an hour and a half to an hour and forty-five minutes. I said fine. After two hours and 9 minutes I call back. I had to explain to the girl running the phone that 129 minutes is two hours and nine minutes not an hour and a half. She told me my pizza was on the way. I asked if they were gonna be old and cold or if they are fresh. She assured me they were good and she "had me". It took them over twenty minutes for them to get it to me after that call( it's a ten minute drive). The pizza was cold and old. I called back(it was 1am at this point and they were closing). I wasn't offered a replacement right then. I wasn't offered anything. I was informed that my pizzas were forgotten "on the hood" and were sent to me after sitting there for over an hour. They should of offered to cancel or remake my order when they made this discovery. I told them I would bring in the entire order not touched the next day, for a refund and was assured I'd be getting one. When I went back not a single employee or manager had on the state required mask. The manager also refused to maintain social distancing. Without a mask she on multiple occasions came closer than 6 feet to me, and tried to get in my face. She refused to give me a refund because she wasn't there the night before and was just a day shift manager so she couldn't help. She claimed it was against policy(something that isn't posted anywhere in the store or online, and something I wasn't informed of the night before when I called). She told me the owner would be in at 7 that night. When I called it was just the night shift manager, whose story kept changing from being there when it happened to not being there. Apparently this store doesn't have a general manager, or anyone in charge. When trying to determine who made the policy that isn't posted anywhere I figured out there is absolutely nobody in charge of the store. I made a complaint online and haven't gotten a response. The food is still untouched in my freezer. At this point I'd appreciate an "I'm sorry, we messed up" but I know I'm not going to get it. They all just pass complaints on to the next person. Read moreI’ve went here 3 times. All 3 times, I was missing items from my order and/or missing ingredients delineated in the menu for my order. And I added no substitutions. I simply ordered straight off the menu over the phone. All 3 times I waited for over 10 minutes for someone to attend to me at the drive through window even though I had called ahead and rang the little bell for service and waited 5 minutes in-between rings. Each visit after the first, I explained that my order was not complete last time and tried to confirm that my order would be correct this time and it wasn’t.. 3 times out of 3 they messed it up. Each visit the customer service was less than kind and helpful, they acted like they were put -out by my presence. And when I drove back 2 times to ask for missing items, they appeared unapologetic and annoyed that I had returned. Then today, I tried to call and speak to a manager to discuss these issues with service, to let them know how poorly things were being prepared and distributed to let them know there’s obviously a disconnect in their affernoon service staff, ( this was no fluke after the 3rd time) the person who took my order answered, explained that’s manager wasn’t “ in until after 5” and then hung up on me. And when I pulled up to get my order today, the drive through window was open and the smell of weed was so bad I had to close my driver window. Read moreNo stars. This is the worse spot in canton Ohio period. I ordered a simple steak and cheese with lettuce, tomatoe and mayo. And jo Jo's very simple .... My total was $12.98.... I waited 45 minutes for my delivery to arrive and in total spent $15.98 ... With tip included. My Order of course was wrong no tomatoe no lettuce no mayo. The girl who placed my order.... Didn't even know the menu and kept putting me on hold to go ask another person questions. If you work there you should know the menu. It took an order for them to return to my home around 11 with the missing ingredients and they were all in little plastic cups. Ghetto and tacky !!!! .... At that point I just wanted to get my money back and go to bed. The manager would not return my money and got in a verbal match with me over the phone. So at 11:30 at night after ordering around 9 .... I went up to the location .... Not only didn't the manager admit my food was wrong. He only returned $8 to me.... Not the total $15.98..... He was rude .... Wrong.... And I wasted about $7.98 and got nothing. This is a terrible establishment!!!!!!! ..... If your spending that much on a sub and fries it should be made right !!!!! ......
