Drove 15 miles to purchase a family meal. I was the only customer in the restaurant so I was confident my order would be correct. Once arriving back home realized the order was missing one of the 3 sides. Called the location to receive a credit and was advised I would need to drive back to the restaurant to pick up the side. Given the 30 mile round trip preferred to just receive a credit for what i didnt receive, Was advised i would need to physically speak to a manager to get the credit.
The next day I drove to speak to the manager. When i arrived an employee was behind the counter packing an order. She looked up and saw me but didnt acknowledge me. After 5 minutes the same girl that took, packed and denied the credit over the phone came from the back and offered to assist me. However, today she IS the manager, remembered speaking to me and offered me a $5 credit.
I drove 30 miles to receive an incorrect order and another 30 miles to receive a $5 credit. Personally I would have offered the customer a coupon to try the family meal again, but when I asked the “manager” if she felt she had resolved the inconvenience to me well, she offered to give me a piece of chicken!
The food was very good and this was my first time trying this chain-the service has made it a one and...
Read moreI love Bojangles and I was very happy when they put one in Canton. However this one is terribly slow. I was hoping in the beginning that it was just because they were new but they have been there for a while now and have not gotten any quicker.
And every time I order a spicy chicken fillet sandwich with no tomato I always get a spicy chicken fillet sandwich with tomato and no lettuce and mayo, which I want! I thought maybe I was just not pronouncing it clearly but I made a point to be very specific and steel it’s wrong every time. However they are always friendly and they fix it for me and it’s always so delicious that I still keep going back for more. However I can’t go there very often because I am usually a bit pressed for time at lunch.
And their drink options are not great. I miss the Patio cherry soda that they used to carry at most Bojangles. All the Bojangles in North Carolina, where I’m from, and most of the other Bojangles in the surrounding metro area of Atlanta have Cheerwine so I don’t understand why this one doesn’t. So I never get a fountain drink when I go there and really wish that they would reconsider their drink options.
But otherwise keep it up with the tasty and wonderful food. Just make sure when I say “no tomato” you hold...
Read moreHi there. I ordered this morning drive through. Everyone was friendly. But we drove 25 minutes to get here and went home to eat. I got 2 BoBerry Biscuits and they were still raw in the middle. Which was inedible. I got 3 large bo rounds that were so smelly and soggy. We couldn't even get past the smell of them to eat them. Maybe the grease needs to be replaced or fish was cooked with the grease. I dunno, but it was really gross. We also got a sausage egg and cheese Biscuit for my husband, but it wasn't in the bag we paid for that $4. I asked to make sure the gravy wasn't on the biscuit but on the side, cause of the drive home, I knew they would be soggy. She said ok. But it was on it so when we got home, we had soggy Biscuits. The Cajun chicken filet biscuit was still cold in the center, so that didn't cook long enough.
When I say these Hash browns smelled, they smelled so foul that we took them to the trash outside so it didn't stink up the house.
I'm so disappointed in coming here for breakfast. We've been a few times to this location and it was great, but this...
