It was a total clusterf$&!. They had one poor server trying to handle the entire packed dining area. That was waaayyy too many guests for even the best server to handle well. I don’t blame the server for what happened, she was doing her best and seemed exhausted and frustrated as any human being would in that situation. She seemed to have literally zero help.

Multiple people in our party received the entirely wrong meal. The other meals were either missing ingredients or had extra ingredients added that no one had asked for. At one point, we were literally brought another table’s food and they had started placing it on our (pathetically tiny) tables before realizing. Eventually, everyone got SOMETHING to eat, even if most of the meals were wrong. I kept hearing people around my table saying things like “it’s fine. I’ll just eat it. I don’t want to make this worse.” Two people never received their meals until everyone else had already finished eating. I also didn’t get my drink until after asking three times.

Again, this is not the server’s fault in my opinion. You cannot expect a person to competently juggle that many customers’ needs at once. The poor girl was clearly drowning.

HORRIFIC SERVICE!! We sat down at a table and waited more than 5 minutes for someone to come take our drink order, some of our party got sick of waiting and went to the bar for their drinks. I saw a server running around our area to other tables and walked up to her and asked if she was our server and her response was "I will be in a little while". After a few more minutes we got sick of waiting we went to the bar for our drinks. 20 minutes after that the same woman came by and asked to take our order. They were out of 3 different things on the menu so most of us ended up ordering chicken fingers. We did order mozzarella sticks as an appetizer and it didn't come out until the rest of our food came. About 8 minutes later one person in our party received their food. That person sat and watched their food get cold for another 5 minutes until the rest of the food came out. The food was okay, basic pre frozen bar food, which is normal for a bar. One person ordered chips and salsa and you could tell it was Ortega jarred salsa. There were tons of games and pool tables which looked fun. Large dance floor and overall the place looked fun. The horrible service just ruined it for us. We will not...

Such an amazing experience. We celebrated my boyfriends 50th birthday party last night. Thanks to all the staff who worked so hard to make his 50th a memorable evening. We had a very good evening, the food was excellent, the service was exceptional, and the music was perfect. The staff worked extremely hard especially Lee and Teresa.

Teresa Teresa was a God sent. She orchestra and coordinated the entire event. From the food menu, to the decorations and everything in between. All that was required of me was giver her an idea of what I was looking to do, and she took it from there. The small fee for her planning expertise was well worth it. Thank you Teresa, everything was perfect

Lee Is the server who was responsible for 40+ guest, she went beyond what I call exceptional. Not only was she prompt with attending to each guest, her customer service skills left nothing to be desired. Thank you Lee you deserve a huge pay increase.
