Burger King — Restaurant in Canton

Went through the drive thru to pickup the toys for my granddaughter who has food allergies. When I asked to purchase just the toys, I was told they didn't sell them individually. Asked them, how is that possible when ever other Burger King up and down the east coast will sell them individually. With an attitude, it was started to me, "Well not at this Burger King". So kids with food allergies and health issues are being discriminated against at this location. My granddaughter heard the conversation and started crying as we drove away. Thank you (NOT) for making her cry because of her restrictions. People need to think before they speak. I was willing to buy the kids meal, throw the food away, just so she could have the toy. Horrible. Absolutely horrible. This place is filthy and disgusting. Dirt, wrappers, and gunk all over the floors and tables. The employees were too lazy to make another batch of cinnamon rolls, they were standing around doing nothing waiting for their shift to change and became very loud with a bunch of yelling when their friends came in. We had to wait for over an hour for two sandwiches, an order of fries, and one cinnamon roll. This Burger King is trash! It’s a line of at least 15 cars that I watched sit in the line for 15 minutes just to finally get to the order screen and the girl says they are “closing” in 4 minutes and they can’t take my order because they have DoorDash orders. I have never in my life went to a establishment and they refuse to service customers that was there prior to closing. It’s bad business and this establishment should be ashamed to turn away customers after sitting in line for 15 minutes to say they won’t serve you even though you were there prior to closing.
