Pizza Oven — Restaurant in Canton

I have been eating pizza oven for years and it has been a family favorite but tonight it was not a favorite! The Lesh location is closest to my house since the Gross location is no more. This location is always hit or miss. Tonight was definitely a miss. I ordered a large pepperoni, sausage, and banana pepper pizza. I asked them to put extra sauce on it, not to much to make the crust soggy but enough so that the pizza isn't dry and the sausage cuts my throat. It happened before so I specifically requested it. After 1hr 30 min delivery, $34 with delivery fee and tip, my pizza was wrong. There was minimal sauce on the pizza, lots of sausage and the cheese was cooked to the point it was shiny. Probably sat under warmer to long. I called to inform the manager. He apologized and hung up. I called back because I thought we had got disconnected. He said he thought I was done. I had to ask him if he would rectify the mistake by making another pizza or offering a discount for my next order. At first he said no. He told me the order didn't say extra sauce and the person that took the order went home. The kid that answered the phone was the same one who took my order. Then he said he could make another and deliver it but give the whole pizza back. My husband ate 2 pieces (he didn't order) before I took a bite and called. The manager said since he ate the pieces, he couldn't make another one! This is my 2nd time ordering from them this week! I ordered wing dinners. Sometimes there will be tiny whole wings in the box! They have increased their prices but not the quality! I expect to get what I pay for!!! I'm not ordering from this...

On 6/06/22, I placed an order with a rude employee, I had ordered the same order b4 but this time he quoted a different price; I asked him why was there a difference compared to what I had paid recently, and he or the manager hangs up. I said manager because when my daughter called the person who answered her call said that it was only him and another person who is there. When the delivery person came, I told him what had happened and he explained that I was charged $5.00 gas prices in which the person who took my order should have explained why I was charged extra. I should have just paid him the $5 only, but I am not petty. My family and friends always order from here, but let’s say this place is history, I live less than 5 minutes away, will be going to KFC which is about 3 buildings away from them. This is the pizza oven on Lesh NE in Canton Ohio . They need a class in customer service...

We called to order a pizza and chips from the Pizza Oven on Lesh Rd in Canton and we were told that they couldn’t deliver to the single digit addresses after dark. Let me just say that we had ordered from them just a few days ago WITHOUT ANY PROBLEMS and we received our pizza and chips… I personally believe that Pizza Oven is being RACIST and should be held accountable for their RACISTS ways . They’re targeting inner city neighborhoods ( predominantly black neighborhoods)fearing that they’re going to be robbed or something worse… I know that the news stations would love to hear our story of how we were racially discriminated against because of where we stay… I know that Pizza Oven DOESNT have any problems delivering in the WHITE neighborhoods . We are truly APPALLED by this RACIST behavior and we will NOT be ordering from them EVER AGAIN...
