Mr. Hero with Drive-Thru — Restaurant in Canton

I stop there May 20, 2022 for lunch. I arrived around 11:10 AM there was a customer there with a large order. It did not take long for me to Order at all. The problem was the female owner was trying to fill the orders for the customers and also micro manage what her cashier was doing and same time checking on the order that the cashier taking from the drive-thru that she forgot all about my order and never got my order cooked or anything I am looking at what time it is and it is going on 11:40 and I have to be back at work before noon. It was so bad that the person at the drive-thru had got their food. I could hear the female owner saying that they still need to cook my food. I asked her why is my food just now being cooked and her excuse was sometimes we just get busy. I asked for my money back because I am going to be late. I told her that this is very unacceptable. The lady at the register was very nice. The moment we walked in, it smelled so bad! 🤢 Made me queasy. Big mistake making an order. But would've felt uncomfortable walking in then right back out to leave.
