I came in to order food for my family. The woman who took my order must have misunderstood me she is still fairly new. I asked to speak to the manager to have my order corrected. The manager (Merly) came out and tried to tell me that it is against company policy to give refunds and I told her that was ridiculous. She gave me attitude the entire time I dealt with her. She finally agreed to refund me for the price difference and gave me the wrong amount I told her it was still incorrect and again she gave me the incorrect refund but this time I decided to just take the loss instead of having to deal with this insufferable woman any longer. She proceeded to yell at her employee that took my order telling her it is all her fault and that she is incompetent in front of a dining room full of customers. I pulled the girl aside when she came out to sweep the floor and asked her how long she had been there she said less than a month and of all things today is her birthday I apologized profusely for getting her yelled at she said it was no one's fault we are all human, but apparently the manager didn't think so. I didn't even eat my meal I was so upset by my experience here and from what I have heard the other manager (dawn) is no better dealing with customers or employees. As a manager in food service myself I have never come across someone so blatantly disrespectful and let them continue to represent my company in the manner that she did today. Read moreI applied for a job here and the manager was VERY rude, not just that, but I have always loved KFCs food and this is the closest one to me... I have spent lots of money here over 18 years, and im sad to say that it is now going to end...they have messed up my order for the last time, I like most of the food at KFC, so this wouldn't be an issue, however they always mess up my food to the point of mixing it up with one of the few food options that i don't like, today that meant that I was very hungry after buying lots of food for me and my family, my potato wedges were good, apparently that's all they care about... seeing as there management sucks, there work environment sucks, there food is great but not whenever it's constantly messed up (which it is)...I feel bad for anyone who has to deal with that crazy manager this location has, she wouldn't even shake my hand or tell me how much I was getting paid when I interviewed and got the job, frankly, I never came back because I've never met anyone more rude, and after tonight, i won't stop until she is fired or this location is closed down... I'll miss you KFC, you were always my favorite fast food...
Read moreWent through the drive thru one evening, ordered two $5 fill up famous bowl meals, boyfriend got home and found that we only had 2 drinks, 2 cookies and 2 "sides" of mashed potatoes and gravy, only they were missing the gravy! Paid for the original order, but wasn't given a receipt by the employee working the window. Went back the next day, they had already closed the night before, and I was told by the manager that because I didn't have a receipt, when he even said that he could see the total amount and the time of our previous visit on the register tape from the previous evening, that there was nothing that he could do!! All we wanted was the 2 famous bowls that we clearly paid for, to be made whole, nothing more, nothing "free" or extra! So we went back thru the drive- thru later that evening, ordered the same thing, and upon getting home, that order was wrong as well! Two days in a row! We did get our reciept however. Ha! Needless to say we will no longer be visiting that establishment. What happened to the old saying that the customer is always right? Would give them zero stars if it was possible....
