Dunkin' — Restaurant in Canton

this review is based solely off of today. I come here all the time and never have a problem, until today. I did a mobile order. I ordered a cold brew, hot coffee, 6 donuts, plus an extra smores donut. when I got to the speaker, the girl greeted me but in a way like she was just trying to get me out of there. they weren't busy. there was only 1 car in front of me who got 1 drink. we waited for 5 minutes before the car in front of me even paid. when I finally got to the window, my cold brew didn't have cold foam, and she didn't give me my extra donut and seemed really irritated that I asked. when I got home, my donuts are all wrong. I ordered 3 glazed, 1 chocolate sprinkles, and 2 strawberry sprinkles. I got 2 glazed that are basically plain because there is NO glaze on them, I got a chocolate frosted that I didn't ask for, and 2 strawberry with no sprinkles and barely any frosting. I didn't order food and I'm glad because the whole place smelled burnt. there were only 2 people working, normally I'd give them the benefit of the doubt, but considering there were only 2 customers, and mine was an online order that I placed 20 minutes before I got there, it should have been correct and they could've been...

This is my go to coffee place. Unfortunately, over the last month or so the service has gone downhill. There have been 3 separate times where I go through the like, thinking I've been overcharged, and I look at the receipt, and I was. Normally this is less than $1, so I haven't worried too much but it has now happened multiple times. They keep ringing in iced coffee when I'm purchasing hot, so now I have to check and make sure they take the order correctly. Fast forward to today, I order a medium hot coffee and an egg and cheese sandwich on an English muffin. I hate croissants, so I repeat that twice everytime. When I get to the window, they had to re ring it because what do you know, they put in an iced coffee again for a hot. Then when I get home, I open up a croissant sandwich. I understand these are small grievances, but having it happen multiple times at this point is annoying and exhausting. With the Starbucks down the street, and many small coffee shops that are local, I will be considering taking my everyday business elsewhere. I ordered an iced coffee and a breakfast sandwich they gave me the breakfast sandwich while I was standing there and I asked what they bring the sandwich to my table when it was done the cashier advised me yes . About 7 Minutes goes by and I realize I still don't have my sandwich and I go to the counter to ask the cashier about my sandwich . She advised me that my sandwich had been sitting on the counter in a bag waiting on me to come back and get it . She advised that we usually call your order number , I advised her that they did not call and order number and I wasn't aware of that. She was like oh well and handed me the bag . I ordered a chorizo egg breakfast wrap and it was disgusting looking when I broke it open and The Taste was off so I did get a hold of the manager to exchange it for regular Bagel egg and bacon sandwich and she did that with no problem and no extra cost to me. Dunkin' Donuts is really not my place of choice and I only went through this time cuz I was meeting with a friend now I know I don't care for the food nor the service so it'll be no need for me to meet there again for any reason.
