My family and I have gone to Johnnies since they opened. We went to school with the Berkshire children. Yesterday 10/21/2025 my sister and I went to Johnnies. Donuts were delicious just like we remembered. The lady there was nothing but rude, impatient, and so unfriendly. I asked her if she was part of the Berkshire family she said (no I have my own family). I've never been told that before. We had 1 creamstick in front of us and she said r u going to pay for that. Really we were still looking. My sister is from Idaho has not been in Johnnies for years and years. She was very disappointed without the friendly helpful service she remembered. On our way through town we saw this bakery and decided to stop. The donuts and other pastries are amazing. There were two ladies-one who waited on us was very friendly and upbeat with a winning smile and great personality but the other shorter heavier redish dyed haired lady was very unfriendly. She seemed to have an issue with us shopping in her store. We spent $60+ on pastries yet she still gave us the stink eye. If she had been the only staff member in the store I would not have purchased anything. We hope to return soon, we do recommend the blueberry scones and the cream horns - GO early because the great stuff is gone or order...
